> **Cons**: What I liked least about Meritto was the frequent Two Factor Authentication (2FA) requirement and the OTP triggering process. Having to complete 2FA almost every week, even on trusted devices, can be time-consuming and disrupt workflow. Additionally, OTPs occasionally take longer than expected to arrive, causing delays when accessing the platform during critical tasks. While I understand that these features are important for maintaining security and protecting user data, a more flexible approach such as remembering trusted devices for longer periods or reducing unnecessary OTP prompts would improve the overall user experience and operational efficiency.
