> **Pros**: None\!  Everytime I requested assistance there was none.  Told me to do the same thing 3x different times and each time, did not fix the problem.

> **Cons**: Had to do ALL my 1095Cs manually due to SEVERE technical issues with the platform.   Contacted MINERAL 4x with no resolve.  Will not use again.
> 
> Very bad.  Their technical support is poorly trained and unable to solve simple issues.  Was told there was a ticket and they would get back in touch with me.  They never did.
