> **Pros**: I liked that Billetto was very easy to use. In addition, even though our region was Norway, I was able to change the language and use it in English language. Ticket types and special VIP codes were very easy to create and activate. It also integrated very well with Zapier \& Mailchimp to harvest attendee details. Very well rounded software.

> We chose Billetto because it had a very transparent fee structure. In addition, it integrated with Vipps payment platform which is very popular here in Norway. Our overall experience was very positive. Creating an event is without hassle, and you are guided along the way. It was also possible to enable Billetto advertising, so that they can help us advertise the event more. However, we switched this off after a while, because this takes quite a chunk of the ticket cost (33%), and if your attendee is not careful, they end up clicking on the Billetto ad rather than you event - when they search for it. Otherwise this is a very great software.

> still waiting for my money to be sent back after cancellation of my event. They dont pick up the phone , already called them 5 times in a row and after 3 minutes of waiting get disconnected.  Also very bad is the fact that they will only send you the money after the event so you dont have any money to use to organize the event.  But this is even worse not receiving any money back.
