An overpriced product that does not have any support. And one stupid thing they make you do, most of their employees are Indian and they try really hard to hide the fact. Now don't get me wrong, I'm Indian and proud of the fact. However this entire company tries their best to hide the fact. Their account manager whose name is \[sensitive content hidden\](goes by the name \[sensitive content hidden\]) and has a thick Indian accent insists he is sitting out of the US although I get a call from an India number. Just never understood the deal with that.
