"Utilized InTouch Technology for gym membership sales to follow up with leads."

Comments: Simple to use daily task list helped with productivity, keeping the sales team on top of their leads which resulted in higher sales.

Pros: InTouch is incredibly user friendly and guides the salesperson through their day by setting up a list of leads to follow up with in a very specific order. The salesperson can simply follow the list and stay productive without the manager having to give them tasks.

Cons: This may have changed, but when I used this software they did not have text capability through the software itself. Switched to another platform because of this.

"I like the product and features"

Comments: Organized lead follow up.

Pros: I like the intuitive ease of use and the fact that the entire staff is familiar with the product.

Cons: Not mobile friendly and this has been promised for some time. It doesn't appear to be evolving like some of the competitors.
