Second, there are a thoughtful limitation of options and enforcement of hierarchical card rules (at the application level) that result in not imposing wasteful admin overhead of non-applicable data entry for features that do not apply to the individual team. The individual team can choose to activate many alternate restrictions to support individual process controls that are more valuable, such as work in process limits, parent/child card relationships, list selections instead of free-text.
