The interface is intuitive, you can create rapidly a new project. You can navigate from one window to another very easily. The interface is intuitive. There are many help menus to help you understand the concept and examples to understand what kind of input is expected.
The graphic is pleasant and there are many empty boxes to input notes or comments.
I like the dashboard that shows the strength and weakness of the project.
Whatever you fill only some parts or completely, you will always get useful information.

> **Cons**: Some ergonomic points could be improved such as the zoom in and out in some windows or keeping some windows that you want to stay open when you switch from box to another one but nothing to be a turn off.
> 
> First of all, it is based on a method developed by the SKEMA school of business. I have used the methods on 250 projects, and it gives you great insight on your invention, business or project.

It allows to bring clarity in the chaos of innovation. You can see quickly what information you have and the one you miss.

You just have to follow the different steps, and everything will be clear along the way.
You can use the data to create well known template just at the BMC
I use it on an iterative way and come back from the information I gather on the field.

> **Pros**: Le produit est particulièrement intéressant car il force à se poser toutes les questions utiles et importantes au bon moment. Pour chaque étape du processus, légitimité, désirabilité, accessibilité... le périmètre  de l'auto-exploration est clairement identifié. C'est un accompagnement qui pousse à aller au fond des choses. 
L'autre point positif est l'aide à laquelle on a accès à chaque étape avec des vidéos et des exemples. C'est très précieux parce qu'on ne peut pas tout retenir, en tout cas au début.

> **Cons**: Parfois la terminologie utilisée est difficile à intégrer. Par exemple : avantage déloyal qui pourrait être remplacé par avantage compétitif ou autre chose de plus pertinent. Le déloyal introduit une notion négative.
J'ai parfois l'impression de simplement recopier ce que j'ai déjà écrit sur une autre onglet.

> **Pros**: La structuration méthodologique complète mais souple qui permet d'itérer au fur et à mesure de son cheminement ce qui est essentiel sur le chemin de la création d'un nouveau business. Les restitutions de synthèses qui offrent une visualisation synthétique à forte valeur ajoutée. La possibilité de travailler à plusieurs sur un projet et d'y archiver ses documents.

> **Cons**: Le faible niveau de guidage et de contrôle qualité de ce qui est rempli par l'utilisateur (mais il est très difficile de faire autrement et ca s'est beaucoup amélioré depuis les premières versions \!) ce qui nécessite une formation assez importante ou d'être accompagné par une personne formée pour tirer tous les bénéfices du logiciel.

> A travers sa méthodologie structurante, l'outil permet à l'entrepreneur de se poser un grand nombre des questions fondamentales à la construction d'un business. Cela permet de clarifier la pensée, d'éviter les gros trous dans la raquette et d'avancer et prioriser ses actions et décisions de façon éclairée, en particulier sur la dimension marketing/business.

> **Pros**: Le reporting régulier dans les phases d'innovation. La complétude des sujets et des aspects d'un projet qui sont abordés. L'IHM facile à prendre en main. Le logiciel et son processus sont de bons guides pour aller au bout de la méthode.

> **Cons**: Vianéo nécessite un bon animateur.  Il y a des aller-retours qui sont parfois compliqués et si l'on ne suit pas scrupuleusement le processus il peut être compliqué dasn certaines rubriques de se repérer.  Il est indispensable de bien maitriser le vocabulaire et les concepts portés par la méthode.
