What impressed me most was that, even after converting my webinar into an evergreen format, I was still able to log in and interact with participants in real time through the chat function. This interactive capability is a clear differentiator, as it is not commonly available on other platforms, and I consider it excellent value for money. While I did not need to share files and therefore cannot comment on that functionality, my overall experience was seamless.
