In July, I told them clearly that I couldn’t use Systeme fully until the migration is done and that I'd ask for a refund if they kept leaving me on "Seen". Guess what? They kept the money and did not complete the migration 2 months later\! And oh.....did they have excuses to serve?\! Because I was briefly unavailable in May (wedding and honey moon), they just canceled my migration altogether—as if 5 months of waiting meant nothing. When I reminded them I'm still waiting, they took one more month to even resume the work. This whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a painful waste of money. If you’re thinking about using Systeme.io and you have content to transfer - please choose some of the competitors.
