it depends on what part of the system we're talking , but most of it is designed to do the bare minimum, and to push you to pay for them to develop it to work properly so they can showcase this addition to their other customers as their improvement

Value for money:
its cheap and you'll feel it in every possible way.

Route optimisation:
bring your own Google API keys and pay extra to have them enable it.

Now its a Broken system with missing QoL features and bad support teams (who'll sarcastically reply to your support emails when you call out that their "fix" wasn't tested at all, and play the blame game whenever an issue occurs)

your business depends on an integration with the two biggest E-commerce platforms in the region? they'll make sure the integration breaks in every week of the year and with every change these platforms make and shift the blame until we quietly fix the issue pretending that it doesn't re-occur every month.

> **Pros**: We had a great interaction with the team, they were always easy to comunicate. We did count with a great IT team at the time and they help us go through the whole process. We like many of the features that were ready to use after the setup
