Well, I can tell you that by comparison, Delve is exponentially superior. If you are looking for a platform to transcribe your MS Word document into coded Thematic Analysis data, look no further. Ideal for Master's level dissertations, research projects, and any other similar uses. I have experienced no security or ethical issues and received excellent 'real-time' customer service when I became 'stuck'. Without Delve, I worry that my final dissertation would not be submitted by its due date. Thank you to Kate in customer service. What an amazing value-for-money (almost priceless) product. The search functions and categorization tools were straightforward and effective for my data analysis needs.
