> **Pros**: Climedo’s customer support is always responsive and helpful. We have also been consistently satisfied with the platform’s performance. The setup process is straightforward for most studies.

> **Cons**: For more complex studies, the setup process can be a bit challenging, and we would appreciate having more tutorials or examples to guide us through those. Additionally, the PDF export feature is currently limited to individual patients, requiring a customized script for a full patient export at the end of the study.

> We’ve had the opportunity to run 10 successful studies including almost 3500 patients with Climedo, most recently completing one in the summer with 714 patients enrolled in just 4 months. Our overall experience with Climedo has been positive, and we are satisfied with the platform and its capabilities.

> **Pros**: The handling of tracking data entries and creating overviews for certain pre-defined parameters is very easy. It is also possible to set-up complex structures for clinical trials with many patients and thus parameters. Since it is a cloud-based solution, Climedo can be used remotely making data entry (including ePRO’s) convenient and device-independent for patients as well as doctors.

> **Cons**: It would be good if Climedo could make the process of updating already active studies a little smoother and with less precautions to not risk data loss. The dashboard area also does not allow to track all parameters which might create a need for the use of additional tracking tools with graphical displays. Here, it would be nice if the dashboard offered the opportunity to combine search queries in different eCRF entry fields to allow even more detailed KPI tracking.

> All in all, we are very satisfied with the usage and the service of Climedo. Even though there are some rare or minor technical hiccups we would recommend using this solution for your clinical trial(s).

The special characteristic is the different offered possibilities and uses: Climedo can work asn electronical medical record; it can upload file of different dimensions and origins; the specific features and its dynamicity work for propectively and retrospectively data entry; there are many adaptative solutions compatible with many needs.&#10;The platform is having high quality usability and strong regulations concerning privacy and safety of data.

> **Cons**: It would be grateful if the set up could allow the modification upon study activation, to increase flexibility of the data entry and to correct some mistakes which occured on the way.&#10;I would appreciate If it possible to develop a function of maintaining data between one visit and the other one, to faster the current data entry.&#10;It would be interesting to consider and explore the possibility of scan of paper to be further converted in digital data.&#10;Looking forward to see further implementation and development, like easy acess from android and iphone and apple products too, especially for poor resources countries.

> **Pros**: Der automatisierte Kontakt zu Personen in häuslicher Absonderung, die damit verbundene enorme Zeitersparnis und Arbeitsentlastung.&#10;&#10;Der regelmäßige, freundliche Kontakt zu den Mitarbeiter\*innen von Climedo ist sehr schön. Auf Fragen und Anregungen wird sehr schnell reagiert und Featurewünsche werden nicht nur notiert, sondern in der Regel und im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten auch zeitnah umgesetzt.

> **Cons**: Für Personen, die schon etwas länger im Berufsleben aktiv sind und sich daran gewöhnt haben, alles mit Stift und Papier zu erledigen, ist der Umstieg auf Climedo anfangs schwierig, da das Programm erst einmal sehr unübersichtlich wirken kann. &#10;Nach einer kurzen Einarbeitung stellt das bei den meisten allerdings kein Problem mehr dar.

> Durch die Vorgabe, täglich mit Kontaktpersonen zu positiven Coronafällen, die sich in häuslicher Absonderung befinden, in Kontakt zu treten, müssen wir eigentlich jede\*n anrufen, um uns über den Gesundheitszustand der Einzelperson zu informieren. Das ist nicht nur sehr zeitaufwändig, sondern bindet auch viel Personal, das an anderer Stelle gebraucht wird.&#10;&#10;Durch Climedo wird die Person, die unter Quarantäne steht, automatisiert über den aktuellen Gesundheitszustand abgefragt. Wir müssen dann also nur noch die angegebenen Daten überprüfen und uns nur telefonisch mit der betroffenen Person in Verbindung setzen, wenn Symptome auftreten. Das Sichten der Antworten geht innerhalb weniger Minuten und kann von einer Mitarbeiterin/ einem Mitarbeiter erledigt werden und bindet nicht mehr so viel Personal, das dringend für andere Tätigkeiten benötigt wird.

> **Pros**: Bei Mehrfacherhebungen ist es oft schwierig eine einfache Möglichkeit zu finden, sowohl anonym zu bleiben als auch die Daten der  Teilnehmer:innen zueinander zu matchen. Die Erstellung individualisierter Codes und die ex-post Zuordnung der Datensätze fordern hierbei oft großen Zeiteinsatz. Mit Climedo konnten wir genau diesen Teil der Erhebung automatisieren und so zum einen allen Teilnehmer:innen eine höhere Datensicherheit bieten und für uns den Arbeitsaufwand merklich reduzieren.

> **Cons**: Wir haben sowohl mit qualitativen als auch mit quantitativen Erhebungsformen gearbeitet. Bei den quantitativen Formen wären zum Teil noch einfachere Darstellungsoptionen hilfreich gewesen. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, denn alle unsere Herausforderungen konnten mit Hilfe des Teams gelöst werden, sodass wir alle Daten wie gewünscht erheben konnten.

> Ein sehr hilfreiches und intuitives Produkt. Der Customer Service hat zu jeder Zeit wunderbar funktioniert, unsere Ansprechpartner waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Software jederzeit wieder einsetzen und kann das Produkt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
