"Outstanding Customer Service"

Comments: So far, I have noticed that my staff is spending less time asking about booking protocols and searching for openings. This helps them answer incoming calls more quickly and interact more personally with our patients.
Above all though, the support team has all been extremely helpful and responsive. They quickly answer questions, provide guidance, and address issues. This has been one of the best implementations we've had thanks to their efforts.

Pros: I like that it takes the guess work out of what physicians treat, and how best to book patients on their schedules. Having the available appointments all in one spot is a big plus too, because it eliminates the need to comb through schedules day by day to find what you are looking for.

Cons: I would like to have appointment cancellation reasons more visible for schedulers, but this is a minor quibble and DASH is exploring ways to make this happen as we speak.

"Good experience"

Comments: Very good. No complaints.

Pros: The software is user friendly. It holds all the templates and protocols for our providers.

Cons: When a provider closes there clinic. It does not allow a pop up message for the practice.

"Dash review"

Pros: Using Sequential Scheduling to schedule multiple appts at one time.
