Recent developments allow us to meet our needs and issues (example: the custom variable configuration that allows us to interact with our terminals according to serial numbers and/or batch numbers).
The application is very intuitive and easy to use.

Kiosk menu : Devices can be present in multiple kiosks. Occasionally the one deployed is not always the desired one. Probably after multiple reboot?

> User permission levels to optimize: we would like to give our support service the ability to view a terminal profile, send a message, force a connection or restart the terminal and nothing else.
In the Kiosk menu, we should configure the kiosk display templates.
Kiosk assignments should be done directly from the device profile, or in the Process menu for mass actions.
Drawback of the current operation: Devices can be present in multiple kiosks, and the one deployed is not always the desired one.

> L'application est simple et agréable à utiliser. Des MàJ régulière sont faites. Le support technique est réactif, les rares fois où j'ai eu besoin de les contacter (principalement pour des conseils/avis, rarement sur des dysfonctionnements).

> **Pros**: la prise en main, je trouve CLYD vraiment user-friendly, l'interface est agréable à utiliser, de manière générale les clients formés sur l'outil sont assez rapidement autonome sur le produit.

Bien que WiseMo ait fait des efforts pour améliorer le produit, cela pêche un peu et peut gêner certains clients à partir vers la concurrence.

> Très bonne.
Quelques améliorations peuvent être encore fournie pour retrouver certaines options que MediaContact savait faire dans l'interface de CLYD.
Mais en général si on ne trouve pas comment faire quelque chose, l'aide en lige ou le support saura nous guider.
