It is literally the very worst payment site I have ever used by far. It NEVER works. > > **Cons**: Here is the email I just sent to their customer support team. This is the fourth email on this chain as this site HAS NEVER worked: Hi there, Let me start by saying that I am aware that you're not responsible for just how terrible this site is and so my complaint, huge frustration and annoyance is not directed at you. I cannot believe how terrible it is. I can LITERALLY (and I mean that in its true sense) NEVER login to my account without it saying the password is wrong. The “forgot my password” function NEVER WORKS either, so it ends up locking me out and then I need to email you and wait at least 24 hours for it to be resolved. This happens LITERALLY EVERY TIME. This is the very worst payment site I have ever used. As you can see from this chain, this happens ALL the time. Please send YET ANOTHER reset link so I can start this dance all over again and then please tell me what on earth I have to do to actually make the login work from now on. My computer saves my username and password AND I also save it separately as I know just how horrible this site is and it STILL doesn’t work. The time my team saves with ad permissioning has significantly reduced the friction we used to experience. The number 1 greatest thing about Lumanu is having access to run media through the influencer's FB/IG pages and access to their first party data to target and create lookalikes off of.
