> **Pros**: What I like most about Port TMS is the dozens of integrations we get to utilize to carrier partners, pricing partners, load board partners, and our accounting system.

> **Cons**: Some workflows/views could be tidied up, but I will say improvements to the workflow have been made on a monthly basis it seems.

> **Cons**: i do not like that the system does not display carrier details  i.e. terminal locations, liability and guaranteed options to name a few.  i also wish the quote page allowed you to enter the shipper/ receiver name and their zip code would pull up in the quote screen

> **Pros**: I really loved how easy it was to move around in the system. I also loved how I felt I could hire someone young who has no experience in the logistics world and they could build a load in a matter of 30 mins. 

I also really liked how flexible the cost and bang I get for my money spent is beyond valuable. Customer service is amazing too. So far everything I have needed help with has been fixed within 2 hours MAX\!

> **Cons**: Still a growing system. So the updates and having to learn what is new with the software is semi a pain but I also enjoy those updates because that means they are making my system better for my company\!
