> **Pros**: I like the ease of use of Alleva and how if I'm not sure how to do something their help section has instructions.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it will log me out for not being active, but that's more a user thing than a con because that's important for HIPAA.

> **Pros**: Alleva could be a good product but there’s so many basic issues. They decide to prioritize new features rather than fixing all the bugs and glitches we all experience.

Our company is consistently billed inappropriately, it feels like a scam.
Constantly logged out when trying to load things. When new features come out, poorly communicated. 
The build experience and handoffs to different people could be done so much smoother but they seem lost. 
Have had conversations with leadership at Alleva and always get told standard responses and it seems they don’t actually care about our business and their customers, they just want the paycheck.

> **Pros**: Alleva is an excellent EMR that is easy to navigate. The way their team works with my company to make improvements to tailor to our needs is unmatched. The customer service is outstanding and are able to get back to you quickly and efficiently.

> **Cons**: To be honest I do not like the way the MSE is developed and I have made a suggestion for it in the past mimicking another MSE from another program that was a breeze. The MSE in Alleva is what I dislike most about notes and I dread it.

> **Cons**: Its not in depth on Mental Health treatment. Since using it, it is more on a Substance Abuse. The initial assessment, outside of the basic generic questions give no criteria there that helps meet the medical need for treatment component. If it could be tied into the guidelines for treatment and level of care recommendation it would make life way easier and make me like this question. Instead I have to dig deep and pull for information to find out what they're going through with mental health.  You only have bare minimun questions for mental health assessment
