Support was amazing, and if we ever had a question or a glitch, we could get it handled almost immediately through live chat. We also never had issues with segmentation and delivery. And when building campaigns, you have an AI block that helps you come up with more creative language.

> **Cons**: We used it as a standalone sms program, so integrating with our email platform and trying to navigate who does what where added some time and difficulty.
