I loved how detailed the scenario videos were and if i got a wrong answer i was able to go back and take it over. Everything about it applied to my workdays and was helpful retraining things i may not have ti utilize on a daily basis but need to know. I loved that it showed me certificates after passing each course on it and made me feel like i accomplished something wuth havibg a certificate. > > **Cons**: Some of the videos were very long and would only have 4 questions > > I utilize relias at work and its fantastic it refreshes my mind on very important topics and procedures that i need to be trained on but may not utilize very often or even at all. It shows videos that are very easy to follow and detailed enough that you wont forget. It issues a certificate once you pass the training making it easy to know how long its been to schedule my recertification on that subject.
