Great, Value for Money Solution for a B2B

Comments: We were looking for a solution that would suit a B2B and were comparing various options against the features of Pardot and Hubspot. EngageBay came out as the most cost-effective solution that gave us most of the features but at a much more reasonable cost. We are happy with the choice of EngageBay for our business. Not only is it good value, but it is easy to use and the support is better than their competitors (including some of the market leaders which I have experienced first hand).

Pros:

It does everything we need at a much more reasonable cost than than the market-leading marketing platforms and CRMs. Also, the interface is much easier to use and far more intuitive than some of the market leaders, eg. SalesForce/Pardot. The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase. We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date.

Cons:

There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates. However, these can be worked around.

The customer support team is outstanding, and [sensitive content hidden], in particular, went above and beyond to assist me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and quick to resolve my queries. Highly recommend EngageBay for businesses looking for a reliable CRM with top-notch support.

Pros:

It is comprehensive CRM so for small teams it is good software and centralized System. the Customer Support is good.

Will update as we use for longer period.

Comments: We have had continual problems trying to be productive using this service. Nothing is straighforward and there are strange side effects and bugs. Online documtation is very poor, so you have to ask almost everything via support. Support chat is fast but low quality. Support tickets are better but they close them without resolving anything so you have to keep bugging them. The most disappointing feature was automations, where they have only limited things that can trigger an automation and limited choices for what the automation can do. You can have multiple automations but there is no priority between them so you end up having to just have one very large one. Not designed or implemented well. It is completely unacceptable that customer support tickets in the Support section are not reliably showing up in saved views. Sounds good on paper but in practice it is not there. Look elsewhere.

Pros:

Combines marketing automation, CRM, and ticketing system.

Cons:

Nothing is straightforward, there are numerous bugs and poor design decisions, ticket views are unreliable (sometimes do not show all matches!).

Comments: The customer service was great. They are responsive and have great follow-up. There are also good tutorials provided to help you acclimate yourself to the system. It has been a very positive experience.

Pros:

I like that the all-in-one system has quite a bit to offer and seems more comprehensive than most.

Cons:

I wish there was a plan that was in between the Basic and Growth plans due to the pricing and lack of workflow accessibility in the Basic plan.

Comments: Great group to work with. Very nice people who are fully engaged in the improvement of their product. They have built an outstanding competitive CRM and so far I have enjoyed using EngageBay and interacting with the staff.

Ease of use. Support always available to assist with questions, etc.

Cons:

I'd like to see more email templates that are normally available on other CRMS. Creating email templates from scratch can be time consuming.

Comments: It has been an incredible experience. We transitioned to EngageBay from our previous tool, which we used for almost three years. The transition was much simpler, and there's so much more we can accomplish with EngageBay.

Pros:

EngageBay has been an incredible tool for our automation needs. We've been using it for a while now, and it has so much to offer. I'm extremely happy with this tool.

Cons:

The landing page creation sometime is a difficult task as we have to make changes to mobile and dekstop version for all the sections.

Switched from Hubspot to Engagebay

Comments: The experience was not bad, but i am not sure if i would use it again.

Pros:

Pricewise is the system much cheaper than other Systems - especially if you scale. You can run more than one domains and the automation functions are good.

Cons:

The system is less intuitive than e.g. hubspot. more complicated to setup and use. Help is only in english and there is no real support structure. Unless a old video guided support. This taks more time to effectively use it. What i really didnt like is, the strong outreach for positive reviews. I think i got 5 messages on that...within the first week.

Accepted a Free Trial & Saw What All The Fuss is About

Comments: I just accepted the free trial to see what everybody has been talking about it being a great and powerful tool for marketing, and I can attest now that I've seen, that I do agree 100%.

Pros:

I like how it aligns most platforms with one another, nearly every other software available doesn't streamline the process of connecting all profiles. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to connect them all (like hoops you're made to jump through just to get to that point), I am always searching for a better "main hub" situation because each one, I've learned in my own experiences, that not one single platform, hub, account management, and otherwise, never do ALL that you need them to be able to do. One may do 15 things that the other doesn't but that one missing those 15 features may have the one feature that you really needed to lighten the load or something. Its always something or 5 things, but for the money EngageBay seems to be true to their word, and have nearly mastered the all-in-one hub

Cons:

Cost, make it accessible for everyone, even consider a free option because more times than not, someone will desperately need the features that are restricted usually in free-trials or free plans, and end up buying regardless to satisfy that need.

Pros:

It offers an excellent way to manage the contacts, companies and deals. One can easily sync them from many services like Hubspot, Salesforce, Google, Outlook and many other. It is reliable and offers automations to automate most of the tasks.

Cons:

Initially I had some issues while importing deals as it is a bit tricky but their customer support helped me with the import and from that time I had no such issues.

Engage Bay CRM is a tool worth considering

Comments: Overall it is a great product. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

It does everything i need in a CRM and sales tool. it has definitely helped me become more efficient. Best thing about Engage Bay is their support. Chat support is live and picks up almost immediately. they always resolve the issue, you are never rushed. they will even give you a call if text is getting tedious. It seems nowadays everyone's support is non existent so their outstanding support makes it stand out

Cons:

its a little difficult setting up /navigating at times, however if you reach out to support, they will get you going in the right direction. once it learn it its simple. and the interface can be a little slow at times, however has never been a real issue.
