Comments: Difficult to implement, difficult to debug, good for a shop that was paper only.
Pros:
It functions in a multi user environment. The inspection module speeds up some tasks.
Cons:
Data entry is slow. Support is not very responsive. The configuration process is pushed along too fast by the vendor. There is weak functionality in the platform to set up selection screen responses.
