About Google Workspace
Google Workspace is how teams of all sizes connect, create, and collaborate — to drive innovation from any device, and any location.
Customer support is good and in some plans you have priority support services. The collaboration is the most transparent possible, work agility is better than with other solutions.
It can be frustrating when there are features that are available in MS Suite that GSuite does not have. They are few and far in between, but once in a while it does frustrate you.

A great tool at a medium cost
Comments: Workspace is a great tool that provides us with easy ways to share and collaborate across our team.
Pros:
Google Workspace provides us with the tools we need to run our business and collaborate in real time with eachother.

The price is a bit high. Google does like to prioritize features working for workspace though.

All of Google for professionals
Comments: As a professional or business owner, it's essential, but I believe it could definitely be improved for the "little guys".
Pros:
It's fairly easy to set up and create a workspace, and the default settings and apps are very good value. Getting access to the entire Google ecosystem in a professional capacity is a great boon to productivity.
Cons:
Unfortunately there is not a "basic" or "simple" Workspace setup; you're treated the same whether you're an independent contractor, or a multi-million dollar company. This makes it pretty difficult to get some things done, as you have to go in and tweak a bunch of deep layered settings, or find out that it's not really supported at all.
Google Workspace Ideal For Teamwork
Comments: Overall, Google Workspace is a great solution, especially if your team is in different locations. It offers all the apps you need for staying on top of all your business needs, and it's easy to transition over to if you already have experience with other workspaces.
Pros:
We love that we can create a document that can be seen and edited by other team members without having to copy files to flash drives or attach them to emails. Spreadsheets and reports are most important, and they involve being seen by many people before being finalized. We can store each draft so we don't lose them, them keep working forward until we have a finished product to present to the masses. With team members scattered all over the place, it's a real time saver.
Cons:
The documents don't always update in real time. We'll get on the phone to discuss, say, a spreadsheet, and we'll suddenly realize we're looking at different drafts. As soon as everyone refreshes their screens and connections, voila, we're all back on the same page, but it's a real pain sometimes when we're in a hurry to discuss something. Google should look into why this keeps happening.

Google Workspace is a must-have for teams.
Comments: I enjoy how simple it is to interact with my team using Google Docs and Sheets. We can work on the same document simultaneously and view each other's modifications in real time.
Pros:
Mention the tools or features that you find most useful, such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Cons:
oogle Workspace makes your work more productive and organised.
The best for organization!
Pros:
Google Workspace is so easy to use. I love that I can so easily keep track of all of my businesses' needs inside of one platform and that everything syncs so easily. I've really enjoyed organizing all of my files within Drive, linking Docs to Tasks, syncing Tasks to my Calendar, setting up Appointment Schedules within Calendar, and embedding Forms into my Appointment Schedules. Everything is so smooth and streamlined.
Cons:
I would love to see a mobile version of Google Tasks and I would love to see this get built out to work a little bit more like Asana, Trello, or Monday. I also would love to see Google Slides function a little more like PPT or like Canva.
Very Happy Overall
Comments: This has been a great addition to our company. The included storage space is great for a small business, and it makes sharing inspection reports and videos with clients a breeze.
Pros:
The reliability. We began when alternate email providers and they just weren't cutting it.
Cons:
It is a bit pricier than other options for sure.
Google Workspace: Effortless Collaboration, Anytime
Comments: My experience with Google Workspace has been great. It's easy to use, well-integrated, and perfect for collaborating with others in real time. While there’s a slight learning curve with some advanced features, it consistently helps keep my work organized and accessible from anywhere. It’s a solid all-in-one solution for both personal and team productivity.
Pros:
What I love about Google Workspace is how easily everything connects. Gmail, Docs, and Drive work together smoothly, making teamwork a breeze. It’s simple, fast, and keeps everything in one place!
Cons:
Google Workspace is the occasional learning curve for new features. Some advanced tools can feel a bit complex, and offline access could be smoother at times.
Excellent choice
Comments: Smoothest sailing I've ever experienced with a workspace product
Pros:
Everything syncs and it's very easy to use
Cons:
The features of the communication channels are a bit lackluster
Google Workspace should be your first choice for documents
Comments: Thanks to it being saved in my Google Drive, I can access my documents across multiple devices. Also if I need to I can save it to a specific device and in multiple formats.
Pros:
It is simple and easy to use. It has all the necessary features and isn't overblown with unnecessary features to overwhelm regular users.
Cons:
If there is any con it could use some different themes or a splash of colour.
Two Thumbs Up from Me!
Comments: Google Workspace keeps my life organized, and easy to create documents that I need. I also enjoy being able to easily share documents with other people in my family.
Pros:
I love the ease and accessibility of Google Workspace. I don't typically use anything else, and when I'm asked to, I'm annoyed. I like that I don't have to pay for it at this point, and that it is very user friendly.
Cons:
I don't like having to pay for expanded space. I feel like it should just be something that comes with the territory, but I understand the business side of it.
Google Workspace Review
Comments: As with other Google products the UI is clean and easy to navigate, primarily white with accent colors leading to little strain while browsing the program during daylight hours. I'm able to quickly check my various Google accounts, primarily I use Drive and Gmail for sending clients documents and storing files. Overall it's as well tested as you'd expect from Google, leaving little in the way of major issues.
Pros:
Google Workspace integrates various Google platforms such as Gmail, Google Meet, Drive and Calendar to allow businesses to multitask and coordinate their efforts more quickly. By having everything in one central hub and all under the Google services a team can mor easily navigate their day.
Cons:
Fees: This may be a sticking point for certain people using the product, another fee to add to their usual "rent payment" fees that come up on a recurring cycle. While it's not a large fee, starting under $10 for the lowest plan, certain businesses wuld rather use free services.
A good experience with Google workspace
Comments:
In general the the experience is good,
In the case of workspace google didn't reinvent the wheel, they just took the known functions from docs, excel and powerpoint and put them properly on the cloud.
Pros:
Google is giving all the documentation and productivity tools that anyone in a big IT comapny needs, from knowledge management to fincancial tools
Cons:
They still lack the "fine tune" features of micro management, some features are hidden and requires a lot of knowledge, such as Macro in googl sheets
Google Workspace review
Comments: Using Google Workspace for college work and assignments is highly efficient. You can create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, all of which are cloud-based, allowing you to access your work from any device. Real-time collaboration is great for group projects, as everyone can contribute simultaneously, leaving comments and suggestions. Google Drive helps store and organize files, while Gmail and Calendar keep you on track with deadlines and communication. The automatic saving feature ensures you won’t lose progress on assignments.
Pros:
I like how Google Workspace offers seamless integration between its apps, making collaboration and productivity easy. Everything is connected, from Gmail to Google Drive and Docs, allowing smooth workflows and real-time collaboration.
Cons:
What I liked least about Google Workspace is its occasional lag with large files or documents, which can slow down productivity. Additionally, the interface can feel cluttered at times, especially when managing multiple open tabs or apps simultaneously.
A Must-Have for Team Collaboration and Productivity
Comments: My overall experience with Google Workspace has been very positive. It's reliable and well-suited for team collaboration. While there are some minor issues like limited storage on certain plans and a bit of a learning curve for more advanced features, these are outweighed by its convenience and ease of use.
Pros:
I appreciate the seamless integration with other Google services like Gmail and Google Calendar. The real-time collaboration features make it easy for teams to work together regardless of location. The cloud storage is convenient for accessing files from anywhere, and the interface is intuitive.
Cons:
One downside is that some advanced features require additional learning, which might be a bit challenging for new users. Also, the offline functionality is somewhat limited, and managing large numbers of files in Google Drive can feel cluttered.
A+ for Google Workspace
Comments: I use Google Workspace every day in my job - whether that is google meet, drive, doc, sheets, slides, forms, or even google site. It took a little bit to get used to using google after switching from windows, but now I absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone that I speak to.
Pros:
It is so collaborative. I love how easy it is for myself and my work colleagues to share files and be working together on the same file at the same time. I've never encountered any issues with sharing work or updating documents when I am live in meetings. It ultimately saves me a lot of time as I can do things in real time and see the changes being made instantly and share those with whoever needs to see them!
Cons:
As someone that has used the windows suite previously I do find it a little tricky to find all the features I am used to - and some functionality is missing altogether - like some the features around editing images in a google doc and some of the functions in a google sheet. I find I have to spend a little bit longer researching how to complete the task using the google workspace as some buttons, tools and functions are in different places or wok slightly differently
Run Your Entire Organization on Google!
Comments: I've used Google Workspace in the Newspaper, Retail & Non-Profit industries to great success. We've got out entire 100 person organization running off of Google Workspace with multiple shared drives and layers of folders. Really wonderful to have access to anything I need anywhere I am!
Pros:
I work in a highly dynamic environment - we're constantly moving around, changing workspaces and bouncing between home, work, and other campus'. Google has always been highly intuitive and user friendly, and there is SO MUCH VALUE in the ability to sync your files across all platforms and seamlessly share with coworkers. I've been using Google Workspace for about 5 years and I LOVE IT.
Cons:
The only con about Google Workspace is that if you need highly specialized software capability, you may need to open another program. For instance, our Finance department sometimes will use Excel first to work out the kinks in a template and then move them over to Google Sheets for the rest of us. However, I think Google is capable of all the same things, it just takes some maneuvering to find the info sometimes. Not much though!
Honest google workspace review
Comments: I must say, google workspace is great, the connection between all google apps, makes it really nice, and because there is lot of apps, we don’t have to use many external apps or services. Google services are known by pretty much everybody, so I did not have to learn anything new. I dont like the google chat app. But thats pretty much the only downside.
Pros:
Lots of features, its pretty much an ecosystem than workspace, thats really great. The connection between gmail, docs, sheets, meet, etc is great. All in one place. Sheets, gmail, calendar, meet, those are all very good apps.
Cons:
I dont like google chat app that much in google workspace, slack offers more functionalities. Like schedules messages (gmail has this functionality tho), custom emojis; etc. Also web/pc version supports some functionalities which mobile app doesn’t.
Overall Experience with Google Workspace
Comments: My overall experience with Google Workspace has been mostly positive. It’s become an essential part of my daily routine, allowing my team and me to collaborate seamlessly. The ability to edit documents in real time has really changed the way we work together. However, I’ve faced some hiccups, especially with internet dependency and occasionally complex permission settings. Still, the convenience of having everything in one place—email, calendar, and files—keeps us organized. It’s not perfect, but it’s made remote work much more manageable and has helped foster a sense of connection within our team. I genuinely appreciate the flexibility it offers!
Pros:
Google Workspace has transformed the way my team collaborates. Its seamless integration of tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Meet makes real-time collaboration effortless, allowing us to work together no matter where we are. The user-friendly interface feels intuitive, even for those less tech-savvy. Plus, the cloud storage means we never have to worry about losing important files. I appreciate the versatility in communication—whether it’s a quick chat or a video call, everything is in one place. Overall, Google Workspace has boosted our productivity and fostered a more connected team environment, making work not just easier, but more enjoyable!
Cons:
While Google Workspace offers many benefits, there are a few drawbacks I've encountered. For starters, the reliance on a stable internet connection can be frustrating; when connectivity dips, our productivity takes a hit. I also find that some advanced features in apps like Sheets and Docs don’t match up to those in traditional software, which can limit our work. Additionally, managing permissions and sharing settings can get a bit tricky, leading to accidental access issues. Lastly, while the integration is great, it sometimes feels overwhelming with all the apps available. Overall, it’s a solid tool, but it’s not without its quirks!
All your work tools at same place
Comments: I like the facilitation Google workspace provides me by putting together all the necessary tools, which I need to use on a daily basis, at the same place. This saves ample amount of time and makes me more productive.
Pros:
I like the thing that I am still a part of the same ecosystem when I switch from document processing to spreadsheet work or Jamboard or email.
Cons:
Sometimes it becomes a little dull and boring to see the same features as a common elements across the different tools.
Great for Teamwork, Just a Couple of Little Hiccups
Comments: Honestly, I’ve had a really good experience with Google Workspace. It’s easy to use, makes working with others super simple, and keeps everything in one place so I can get to it from anywhere. There’s been a few little hiccups, like figuring out the permissions sometimes, but overall, it’s a solid tool that just helps me get stuff done.
Pros:
I love how easy Google Workspace makes it to collaborate in real time. Having everything organized and accessible from anywhere really keeps teamwork smooth and efficient!
Cons:
I sometimes found it a bit frustrating to manage all the sharing settings in Google Workspace—especially when working on a bunch of projects at once. It could feel a little clunky.
Great Collaboration and Efficiency Tool for Our Tax Firm
Comments: Overall, my experience with Google Workspace has been extremely positive. It has streamlined communication and document sharing within my tax firm and helped us stay organized, especially during busy periods. I appreciate the seamless integration between tools and the fact that it’s all cloud based, which keeps our operations running smoothly even when working remotely. While there are a few minor learning curves, especially around more advanced settings, the benefits of using Google Workspace far outweigh any drawbacks. It’s been a key asset for improving productivity and efficiency in our day to day operations.
Pros:
Google Workspace has been an invaluable tool for my tax company. The integration across Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other apps makes it incredibly easy to communicate and collaborate with my team, whether we're in the office or working remotely. The cloud based nature of the suite ensures that files are accessible anytime, from any device, which is crucial during tax season when things can get hectic. The ease of sharing documents, especially through Google Drive, and using Google Docs for real time collaboration with colleagues or clients has improved our workflow immensely. Security features like two-factor authentication give me peace of mind when dealing with sensitive client data.
Cons:
While Google Workspace offers a wide range of features, I’ve found that the setup and customization options can be a bit overwhelming at times. For example, organizing email filters and labels across multiple users can get tricky, and there isn't always a lot of clarity on how to best configure certain settings for tax related data security. Also, the search functionality in Gmail and Google Drive can sometimes return too many results, making it harder to find exactly what you're looking for when dealing with large volumes of documents and emails.
"Efficient and Collaborative Tool for Gym Management"
Comments: Overall, my experience with Google Workspace as a gym manager has been very positive. It provides a reliable, flexible platform that helps us manage team communications, class schedules, and document sharing efficiently. The real-time collaboration in Google Docs and Sheets makes it easy to track class attendance, update schedules, and keep everyone in sync. Google Calendar is essential for scheduling classes and personal training sessions, as it’s accessible across all devices, which our staff and members appreciate. There are some areas where it could be more streamlined, but Google Workspace has made organizing and managing our operations far simpler, which ultimately helps us deliver better service to our members.
Pros:
As a manager at a gym, what I like most about Google Workspace is the ability to streamline communication and scheduling. Google Calendar makes it easy to schedule classes, set reminders, and share schedules with team members, which keeps everyone on the same page. With Google Drive and Docs, I can quickly create and store shared documents, like training audits, attendance sheets, and class schedules, so our team can access essential information anytime. Collaboration is smooth and efficient, as we can edit documents in real time, leave comments, and assign tasks—all of which help us stay organized and reduce downtime. Plus, Gmail and Google Chat provide quick communication channels, making it easy to stay connected with the team, address member questions, and coordinate on the go.
Cons:
One challenge with Google Workspace as a gym manager is that some of the tools can feel a bit fragmented, especially when switching between multiple apps like Calendar, Drive, and Chat to manage different aspects of the business. It would be helpful if there was a more centralized dashboard that could integrate everything in one place, so we don’t need to keep toggling between apps. Also, while Google Meet is great for virtual meetings, it lacks some of the advanced features we’d want for interactive sessions or training, like in-meeting feedback or easy file sharing for participants, which would make it more effective for team coordination. Finally, new team members sometimes find the learning curve a bit steep, especially if they’re not familiar with Google’s interface, so training time can be a bit longer.
Can't Live Without Google Workspace
Comments: My overall experience has been fantastic. I love utilizing Google Workspace for everything - whether it's for business, personal, or even for organizing volunteer events.
Pros:
I LOVE Google Workspace and recommend it to all my clients! So much functionality and so intuitive. Plus, it's great for teams and sharing!
Cons:
I can't really think of anything I don't like about Google Workspace off the top of my head.
Google Workspace experience from a daily user.
Comments: Overall my experience with Google Workspace has been a very positive one, and I wouldn't hestitate reccomending to others. The tools Google Workspace provides has improved my indiviual and team productivity and we will continue using this product in the future.
Pros:
For me the highlight of Google Workspace is having everything in one place - email, calendar, meetings, docs, and sheets I all use on a daily basis and it's very helpful to have them all in one place.
Cons:
Only major con is that the formatting of microsoft documents is not always so smooth and can cause small issues when dealing with external clients. Apart from that, I think it would be nice to improve on the chat feature to add one more central function to Google Workspace.
