We have been using the product for a month, just enough time to really get the knowledge base filled in, and the support ticketing service set up, when we got notice that the page is showing a PHISHING SCAM. We alerted Tawk to this issue, and they basically said the knowledge base is not their product (which is is tied directly into their dashboard as a service they provide) and can do nothing about it. So they are willfully allowing your client data to be stolen, and have absolutely no desire to resolve it. AVOID. This company will not only make your services look bad, they don't seem to care at all of the safety of your clients. > > **Cons**: Poor customer service. Which is funny for a company that literally provides customer service.
