> **Pros**: A very clean interface, decent desktop app and easy integration with wordpress sites. Also has a larger feature set than many other comparable website helpdesk/chat apps.

> **Cons**: Learning every feature takes time, and I've hit occasional bugs that disrupt the chat flow. Security settings need to be checked regularly, and message or email routing for projects of larger scope will require more manual effort, maybe more than on more major chat platforms.

> **Pros**: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.&#10;We have been using the product for a month, just enough time to really get the knowledge base filled in, and the support ticketing service set up, when we got notice that the page is showing a PHISHING SCAM. We alerted Tawk to this issue, and they basically said the knowledge base is not their product (which is is tied directly into their dashboard as a service they provide) and can do nothing about it. So they are willfully allowing your client data to be stolen, and have absolutely no desire to resolve it. AVOID. This company will not only make your services look bad, they don't seem to care at all of the safety of your clients.

> **Cons**: Poor customer service. Which is funny for a company that literally provides customer service. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
> 
> Set up was easy, overall a decent product for the price, or lack of price, but when it comes to data safety, and their lack of commitment to it, it pretty much negates ease of use.
