The AI-powered resume screening (NLP + ML) quickly surfaces high-fit candidates and ranks them in context, which saves hours we used to spend on first-pass reviews. Posting jobs is a breeze—one click gets us on free and premium boards, and the recommendation engine picks the right job boards by role, industry, and location.
What I like best is how CVViZ combines automation (rules, pre-screening workflows, smart notifications) with sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and more. The recruitment CRM keeps all client and candidate communication in one place, and video interviewing with a live code editor has been invaluable for technical roles.
We also appreciate the GDPR toolkit, the AI resume parser, and recruitment analytics (time-to-fill, team performance, channel effectiveness).
