I reached out to customer service three times to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time, I was advised to ensure I had specific search criteria, which I did but kept adding more. After continuing to receive bids in every random industry across the country, I found that my only options for bid alerts was daily e-mails. There is no option for weekly/monthly, or anything but daily "spam" e-mails. When I asked if this was bug or a feature and requested that only relevant bids matching my keywords a locations get sent to me, I was told that the "occasional" mismatched bid opportunity might get slipped in.
