Excellent online service - makes setting meetings super easy

Comments: Shortens (or eliminates) the frustrating challenge of finding common meeting times with multiple people.

Pros:

CoreUM's ease of use is great. Love that we can brand the service for our company. Functionality of this type of service is so helpful. Set up a meeting poll once and let everyone else interact with it at their leisure. I don't have to monitor multiple email streams to get to a common date.

Cons:

Google Calendar should have this built in ... but I know other people are on different systems so it makes one calendar system impossible. CoreUM bridges the gap - awesome.

Effective and easy to use. The meetings can be coordinated without a lot of back and forth contact.

Comments: It saves time and frustration trying to coordinate multiple meeting attendees.

Pros:

CoreUM makes it easy to coordinate meetings between numerous individuals. It is easy to use and the fact that it is web-based means access is no problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Cons:

The product initially had some glitches with displaying notifications, but that has since been resolved. Frankly, it does what it is intended to do and I like that it doesn't try to be too many things to too many peolpe.

Overall a good system

Pros:

I love the ease of sending to multiple members and the option to create different send to lists for our different committees. this is a great feature.

Cons:

the fact there is no option just to create a meeting (you need to send out meeting then "lock in date" this send multiple emails - when i already know the date and time i would like the ease of locking in immediately to reduce emails send to attendees. also not being able to change a date without removing the meeting and creating a new one.

Used to be difficult to coordinate large meetings with external participants - now it's a breeze!

Comments: Saves time chasing people for meeting availability

Pros:

A much easier way to schedule appointments with external attendees. Easy to use. Intuitive interface.

Cons:

Would be great if the meeting invites came with Skype/Webex/Gotomeeting plugins. Maybe a mobile app version would be good. Integration with prem Exchange would be good too, but I understand that's a dying technology.

Overall a good product with lots of potential but needs some added features to make it great.

Pros:

easy to get started with the product and pretty simple to go through the process of setting up and sending out meeting options

Cons:

-no way to change meeting times once meeting request sent- have to cancel and resend - can't review groups that have been created until actively creating meeting request - sent a meeting request that no one but I received (no issue with receiving prior to this and I received with no issues) - sent in a feedback ticket and no response was received. had to go through Director of Sales to get answers

Pros:

It shortens the 'back and forth' in finding meeting times that work. I love that we have it branded.

Cons:

I'm hesitant to synch my contacts (large database) so I find myself typing in addresses a lot of the time.

I found it easy to use after the initial set up. Didn't use some of the "pro" features in the trial.

Comments: My trial use of it convinced me to continuing using it.
Note that the # of employees below is the active membership of our church, who are the people that must be scheduled for an event.

Pros:

I like the email based format, found it straight-forward to set up and use. I got the participation I requested from other committee members very quickly. However, I need more experience with CoreUM to do a fair assessment.

Cons:

One of the users felt it wasn't as user friendly as a web-based product he has used. Having been a participant in his favorite program, I disagree with his assessment.

It has made booking meetings for multiple users easy and convenient. Easy to use.

Comments: It made scheduling for events easier. I don't need it a lot so I don't use it often. I only use it to schedule meetings outside my work.

Pros:

The pros are it can be used on multiple platforms, convenient and easy to use for both the organizer and user.
