Whether someone is on their phone at a job site or at a computer in the office, they can pull up the latest plans or payroll spreadsheets without waiting on someone to email them over. It cuts down on miscommunication and saves time. We also really like the version control in OneDrive. When plans or payroll documents get updated, nobody has to guess which version is the right one. It keeps everything clean and avoids the mess of multiple copies floating around. Sharing files with links instead of attachments has been a big improvement too. Since we already use Microsoft apps like Excel and Outlook, the integration has been smooth. Being able to update payroll sheets in real time has sped up approvals and helped us stay more organized. > > **Cons**: The main downside we’ve seen is that sometimes the sync speed is slow. Updates don’t always show up right away for everyone, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to make quick changes.
