Since softball is a seasonal sport, there are a few dormant months that we do not use the system. When we start up again, we update the service and the email message to the current year and we're ready to send out the first emails to all the clients for re-registration. Billing and sending out statements is such a joy\! Takes me no more than a half an hour to complete each month.The importing of bank statements makes the allocation of payments so easy and quick.
