It's open API allowed us to develop some really cool things. Such as event tracking from our website that is attached to a users FreshSales profile.
We have customers all over the globe and it can sometimes be bothersome to find the customers time zone or simply address to ship their orders.

Reliable and cost effective platform
Comments: Overall experience is great. it is providing efficient services by automation our sales. I also appreciate the way it lets us track the sales activities.
Pros:
I really like the way it keeps the sales sequences and automates them. Making sales pipelines is not a big task on Freshsales. I would say this is one of the best CRM platforms am using. Moreover, the synchronizing system of the calendar works amazingly, if I talk about the pricing of Freshsales it is cost-effective and affordable product.
Cons:
To be honest it is working perfectly, before some months I was having some issues with add-ons but after getting assistance from its customer support I resolved the issue easily, so yes now there are no cons to write here.

Comments: Freshsales is helping our business grow and spread our product to new lucky customers
Pros:
The integration process was quick and seamless. This product has all the needed features of an outstanding Sales CRM such as Lead Capture, Contact Management, Omni channel support and much more.
Cons:
If FreshSales can be integrated with AI tools such as Vonage AI and ChatGPT that would be the greatest software package one can dream of.
Freshsales. Fresh start.
Comments: This was our company's first CRM. We still enjoy Freshsales, but often find quirks and areas for improvement that we sent to our representative. There have been advancements since we started with Fresh, but would love to know more insight on what's to come in the next year and three-year plan, so we can prepare and know how the system will improve over time.
Pros:
Up front, nothing seems overcomplicated. It has the essentials we need to track business on the sales side. Those who tend to support tickets are quite helpful. Happy with the timely, honest support we receive!
Cons:
As with any system, there are areas of improvement, wishes for changes, and improvements we would love to see implemented. I wish there were more transparent check-ins telling us upcoming changes that are being worked on in the background. I also wish we were notified when updates were going to run so that could better prepare when "Blackout" periods are going to take place during the workday.

As a manager of a small food retail business, I found Freshsales’ lead management and automation features incredibly useful. The intuitive lead scoring and automated follow-up system helped us prioritize high-potential leads, maintaining consistent communication with minimal manual effort. Freddy AI’s predictive insights have notably enhanced our conversion rates, which is crucial for our growth.

However, the complexity of the reporting and analysis tools was a significant drawback. Customizing reports to fit our specific business needs proved to be challenging, especially without advanced technical skills. This complexity often made it difficult to quickly generate actionable insights, hindering our ability to make timely and informed decisions.

Comments: Overall Freshsales is a great CRM tool for a new startup to base its sales department.
Pros:
It has a great feature list. Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform.
Cons:
The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography. Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present.

Professional experience on working with freshsales
Comments: I worked with builder.ai where in a lot of customers used to come in for applications which can be customised. Tracking such leads was done through freshsales. We were able to successfully get a lot of leads using this tool

Since the company I was working with was very much into building customer relationships, this product proved beneficial. Tracking customer records is the best part about it

Easy Automation
Comments: Created marketing campaigns to predict sales, created scenarios to see the different results, created templates from scratch with the team to see what else we can do for more.
Pros:
The design and the usage of salesforce automation feature makes Freshsales the best as it has the simplest but most effective features that enables you to create, customize, modify, and monitor sales activities. Creating several marketing campaigns in a short time is also another best feature of Freshsales, the team can work on them and generate reports to high management and even it can give you a prediction of a campaign over a time line. Integration with other products on another hand is also very usable as we used it with other software which worked fine.
Cons:
The version updates could be a headache for larger companies, migration could take a few months, customer support after sales should be much faster.
Deeply regret signing up for Freshsales
Comments: I have never experienced customer service THIS bad before. Total and complete incompetence. We have been using Freshsales for about a year, and it's been nothing but glitchy and problematic. NOTHING is ever resolved, support tickets are left open for weeks, and their customer support team blames their issues on the customer instead of fixing the problem. Their customer support chat will fail mid-conversation, and then the whole chat history is lost. This has wasted HOURS of my valuable time and cost our business money. Freshworks' support team does not have any clue what they are talking about. In the rare chance you *can* get in touch with them, their "solutions" do not work, and when I show them how/why it doesn't work, they don't believe me. It is infuriating to have spent so much money and time on software that our business now relies on only for it to be a huge mistake.
Pros:
Right now, their lack of customer service is canceling out any benefits Freshsales might have had.
Cons:
Glitchy program and TERRIBLE customer service.

Comments: Saved our company a lot of man hours, and now the company has issued 7.5 hour work day from the overall time saved using freshsales CRM

the one feature that caught my eye was the sales automation tool, which made my life and my team's life better in all ways; we saw a 10% growth through Freashsales alone; our team considers Freshsales CRMas a fellow employee who does Automations.
Cons:
I would like more options in the sales sequence in the feature, like doing a trial run, getting custom dates on when it should run, etc.

Comments: Managing email campgins in a personalised and professional way. Keeping track of and updating changes in circumstances to our correspondents in real time. Filtering contacts according to specific criteria.
Pros:
The customer support - without it we could not have implemented and continue to find new ways of applying it to manage our relationships and grow our business
Cons:
That you cannot create a list of contacts to email straight from your inbox. We often need to send semi standardises responses to several contacts awaiting a reply. At the moment it is not possibe to select and set them up for a bulk email. This would save us a lot of time if you created this very simple feature.

Pros:
Outstanding software. Having everything needed in place, all lead tracking, lead generation, marketing and calls, really does the 360 feel freshworks are aiming towards. Customer support is unrivalled across all other software we have used previously. I would go as far as saying it’s better than any software or saas support I have come across.

Having too many features to implement quickly!

Comments: It's fine overall but earlier support was good and now it's difficult to get a hold of rep.
Pros:
It's comprehensive as this has functionalities for both sales and marketing. This also has freshchat feature which we are using on our website.
Cons:
The support is not good and on the other hand they have made a newer version of it and it took 6 months to migrate us to newer version for the older one.

Comments: Overall experience is good. Now that we are on an enterprise plan, support is good. When we were not enterprise client, the support was often slow.
Pros:
This product offers a lot of features and does offer a multi-touchpoint approach. Email journeys, Whatsapp integration, Chatbots, SMS...
Cons:
I miss if/than functionality in workflows. That would greatly reduce the manual work when setting up the workflows and adding new conditions. Another thing that I do not like is the policy and the pricing related to the marketing contacts. All plans have the limitation of 1000 marketing emails per month. This can be quickly exceeded especially if you are sending newsletters to your contacts. There is an option to upgrade, but that is way too expensive and completely unscalable when a business grows. We have overcome that with integrating CRM with SMTP service that takes over this part and is calculated on the number of emails sent.

I like a lot, becausa you can implement, deploy and use the software in few days. The interface its very confortable and its too easy to use. All the types of users can use it.

Comments: For many companies that are just starting out, if they get the free plan it is very limited and does not allow me to do some things, it offers unlimited user integration and contact management, but it offers a totally secure environment to manage your business making sure that your data is safe at any time.
Pros:
It allows users and administrators to manage and coordinate interactions with our employees and customers with ease, it has tools for customer service, its cloud calling system is excellent and dynamic, it allows us to generally manage strategies and channels of active sales.
Cons:
For many companies that are just starting out, if they get the free plan, it is very limited and does not allow me to do some things.

Pros:
Freshsales has lots of good features, and the price is reasonable compared to others in the market. The customer service and support desk is stellar; they are always available to chat and assist within minutes.
Cons:
The product is difficult to navigate and at times feels unintuitive. Sometimes, it feels as if they're relying on excellent customer service to make up for a less usable app. However, they are always growing and sending out updates, so I know they're working on this. If you're willing to learn the interface and deal with some of its quirks, then you'll be rewarded with creative features and excellent customer service. If you want a simple, easy to navigate and use CRM, I would look elsewhere.

Comments: Freshsales organizes our relationship with customers in the required manner, as any email from customers is answered by the responsible member in a timely manner, and we also ensure that our promotional campaign messages reach the targeted individuals and institutions within carefully studied time periods. Freshsales has also increased our organizational capabilities, as all files, messages and contact lists are easily accessible.
Pros:
I really appreciate the simple, intuitive design of the dashboard, as it makes customization easy, and I can navigate between the different sections with ease. Freshsales is also good at how it sorts and classifies incoming mail, which helps us direct it to the responsible member directly, and this is reflected in the speed of response to customer requests. It is also good for the organizational capabilities that Freshsales provides, as we can create a file for each customer and we can save everything related to our relationship with him, including messages and invoices, and that they are saved on the cloud, which makes it easy to access them at any time. I greatly appreciate the scheduling capabilities that Freshsales provides, which allow us to organize the dates of sending emails or text messages to customers according to contact lists at appropriate times, and this is important so that we do not repeat messages in a random way that makes the customer feel bored. Freshsales is also great for the collaborative capabilities that it provides us as a team, where we can share updates on different tasks and also collaborate in preparing reports and marketing plans.
Cons:
Freshsales is easy to use, and it does not require a lot of time to master its effective use, in addition to that the subscription prices are appropriate and are not considered an obstacle to the involvement of all team members.

Comments: It is a decent CRM, helpful in managing your sales team and tracking the sales process, but there is room for improvement.
Pros:
Easy to use, intuitive interface, initial setup is easy and integration is also possible like Gmail. Good tool to manage your sales pipeline and very handy in running email campaigns.
Cons:
Customer support is not up to the mark. They always respond very late. Its reporting system is also not that effective.

Comments: It is my first CRM which i helped integrating and bringing forward and there hasn´t been any day in the time I have used it that I thought I neede another one.
Pros:
Freshsales is always aiming for the best user experience. The support is very fast and eager to understand and solve problems.
Cons:
What makes it good is the main fault for me as well: The software changes so much that a lot of times wrong translations come with it as well as not every single update only contains senseful stuff.
