I can better visualize the work

Comments: It improved performance and internal communication with the entire team by keeping a work order and precise control of the hours worked

Pros:

Connecteam helps me validate the work that each employee does without having to be next to that person, we can communicate as a more united team in the work chat and be able to keep an improved order of the tasks that are pending to be done. This software helps me maintain a perfect order and a production with better results.

Cons:

Its multiple functions can be a little confusing at the beginning of learning how to use the platform, but it is something that with time you can learn the correct use

Comments: The initial implementation was rocky, but as we used it and learned what it was capable of and what features were being added it has become an invaluable tool we use every day.

Pros:

Connecteam was easy to set up and deploy. The changes and improvements that came over the last year and a half or so were timely and (with 1 exception that was only an issue for about a month) improved the value of the program greatly.

Cons:

There is a bit of a learning curve for people who are not used to using an app for scheduling ( I still have officers calling me to make changes on the schedule they have permission to do). There are some training videos now, but initially it was a "learn as you go" program. I still don't know all the uses that the features we pay for can do.

Comments: Connecteam has helped with managing our employee work time and scheduling tremendously. I have slowly implemented more and more features to benefit our company as a whole and I have been extremely happy with what I have implemented so far. The customer service has always been outstanding!!! Any time I have a question, they have been ready and willing to help me to the best of their ability. I am never disappointed in their service. Even if my question is not answered exactly as I had hoped, they have always offered solutions. Customer service with Connecteam is TOP NOTCH!

Pros:

Connecteam is helped my company handle employee timesheets. We previously did timesheets by hand and there were multiple human errors. It was very time-consuming for me. Connecteam has significantly increased our efficiency and improved my ability to prioritize other responsibilites. Implementing the application was a challenge only because our staff was resisting the change. Once they understood the ease, we were able to implement easily.

Cons:

There have been some small features that I have desired in my use of this platform, but nothing major. A little more customization with the scheduling would be nice. I have had to find work-arounds to fit our business - but it has worked out. I would like to be able to create a pdf of a schedule before it is published. Again, I have found alternatives to make it work.

Comments: Very easy to use and set-up. Employees use this platform more than they used CrewApp.

Pros:

I'm able to send the schedule, allow team members to request time off, and clock in with 1 app. We can also stay in touch with announcements from home or the pool deck.

Cons:

The documents and knowledge base area is a little tricky to set-up, but it's super powerful. Once I learned it, it's amazing.

I Absolutely love Connecteam

Comments: I love Connecteam and their Customer support is fantastic. I brag about them to all my friends and clients. They can't beleive how easy my office runs with this app. I have referred three other people (companies) to connecteam, one of which has already signed up and the other two are busy looking into it at present.

Pros:

It has made my life so much easier. I use the forms feature, times clock and quick tasks. Just love everything about this app. Love the feature of the geo-fence which prohibits personnel from clocking in until they are on site. Saved me alot on overbooked hours. I love the quick tasks that runs my office much smoother than the old fashioned diary.

Cons:

If I must be honest, the only thing that sometimes is irritating is that I am on advanced plan and can use most features, but some features are limited. I can use them but not to their full capacity. I would suggest that if your package allows for eg quick tasks that it allows the full function of quick tasks and not limited use. I have made a suggestion today to the lady that helped me from Connecteam to make it so the person I am assigning a task to cannot delete that task without my approval.

Comments: Excellent, the support team is always available and can assist me with what I need.I would highly recommend this to any other companies, hence why we agreed to film the advertisement.

Pros:

Accessibility and interface are excellent.This app makes admin side of keeping track of staff hours the easiest I've seen.It is particularly helpful when it comes to employees that work in multiple places/

Cons:

Getting staff used to a new clock in system will always be difficult. Some features I think can be improved on (i.e. accepting multiple shifts at a time in job scheduler, easier schedule making in app)

Comments: Overall I am extremely satisfied with the app. We have been able to transfer several of our processes to the app.

Pros:

The ease of using the time clock has been extremely helpful. We have been transitioning from using Google Sheets for time tracking and paper records for expense reports. The Forms option for digital record keeping has made the expense reports very easy and exceptionally convenient.

Cons:

Automatic break transitions from Paid to unpaid after a time threshold would be great.I have run into issues with the built in camera feature in Forms.Having a way to break out vacation time and Holiday time together into different categories of PTO would be nice.Having a log of changes made to the timesheets for visibility and accountability would be extremely helpful.Setting dates to automatically give paid Holidays would be very convenient.

We would be happy to address some of the things you've mentioned here: (1) In PTO, you can create policy types (i.e. categories) and under each of them you can create as many policies as you need with different names, rules, and assignees. (2) Under each timesheet, there are blue and orange dots that automatically explain what changes or edits have been made in that timesheet, by who, and when. If you refer to a general audit page for all edits in the timesheets, that's a great idea we'll pass forward to the product team. (3) Setting automated dates for holidays is on our roadmap already :) As for the automated transition of breaks and an issue with the camera in Forms - did you contact us regarding these two? Comments: My team was hesitant to use Connecteam but it was so easy to learn! I love that I have access to it on my phone & computer - it really keeps me organized and I can easily stay on top of everything that is going on. Before, things would pile up quickly and communication wasn't as efficient as it is now. Any problem I encounter is QUICKLY addressed by customer service representatives!

Pros:

Every feature we use has streamlined and organized my team for the better. The customer service is excellent and the ease of using the app & website is so simple! I really appreciate the videos on each feature - I much prefer learning it on my own and then sharing the videos with my team to help them become more efficient as well.

Cons:

I wish there could be a combo package. While I primarily use Connecteam for "Operations" it would be nice to have some more than the free options in HR.

Love This Program!

Comments: OUTSTANDING program and service! I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Folks can clock in/out without having to go to the church office to the timeclock. Plus, as a small business, we actually got the service for free (until we go over 10 employees on the clock).

Cons:

I needed to ask for some help in setting some of it up, but my support person was just amazing during our Zoom call!!!

Comments: Overall, connecteam has been great, many updates which I appreciate singly because applications always needs updates and there are ways to constantly improve and make easier to use and user friendly.

Pros:

Connecteam is very easy to use, even if you do not have any technical background. A lot of new features have been added since our company have started to use Connecteam and they have been very helpful.

Cons:

The restrictions with company plans, the extra clicking to get to certain features.

Highly recommend

Comments: From my onboarding process to today my experience has been amazing. I would recommend Connecteam to everyone!

Pros:

The ease, the price, the functionality, the support, everything.

Cons:

There were a few features that didn’t work on mobile, only on desktop. We are all mobile so that was a little challenging. But the support staff was always there to help!

Comments: Overall, it's been very easy to implement and navigate. The employees found it easy to download and start using right away. I like that it works for a small business.

Pros:

Ease of use and the support. I like that we don't have to sync with Quickbooks.

Cons:

I just inquired about blocking dates on the job scheduler for when we are closed.

Easy to use employment software

Pros:

The thing I love most about Connecteam is the simplicity of using it. It really is just so easy! It's got a really clean interface. Customer service is BANG ON!!!

Cons:

There's a few minor issues such as not being able to change employees kiosk codes, I feel like if they made it something like their bank card pin number, then they'd be less likely to share between each other. It's pretty costly... we have an advanced plan, which is expensive for the simplicity of what we need, but worth it, but need to pay more for additional features, and different items are in different packages, so essentially if you wanted one thing from each feature then you'd end up paying a LOT. I'd love a simple calendar option as well.

Thank you so much for recommending Connecetam :) The Kiosk PIN codes are being generated automatically for 2 reasons: (1) More secure - as they're random, it's hard to guess the code of a user (2) Less time-consuming for managers - managing unique codes can be tedious and very time-consuming for management as they need to create a code for each user, especially for larger companies with hundreds or thousands of employees. That said, we're aware it's not perfect and we are reviewing more solutions on that matter and new improvements for the Kiosk app in general. As for the pricing - we appreciate your feedback on that :) Connecteam still offers the best prices out there as it does far more than the competition and for a very low price, especially compared to the alternatives considered. Great system for high compliance adventure park

Pros:

We can do so much in one place. employee management, scheduling, documentation, communication. I love being able to manage multiple areas with one system.

Cons:

There are so many settings for each feature. The set up took a lot of time. It was a lot of trial and error at first, but I have a very patient team and ConnecTeam's support was very helpful.

Connecteam in a Residential Care Home

Comments: Very positive experience - great platform, still learning how we can utilise it to the best for us - but already it’s proving a massive benefit to the team and our business

East to use, all-in-one solution to several problems we faced relating to our communication issues within our team.

Cons:

We are working with staff with different ability levels regarding technology or mobile application use. However, this is no fault of Connecteam but a part of our implementation process.

Comments: I love connecteam. It's really brought together our business and we've leveled up our training and development. The company culture has improved because we post daily updates on our sales and the employees get to like and comment. Very happy with our experience. The site does go down too frequently for my liking but overall satisfied.

Pros:

Easy to use. Flexibility with features. All in one app

Cons:

I would like to be able to have a scoring system for forms. We do cleaning audits and sales audits and we would like to score them. We are currently using Go Audit platform because connecteam does not have this feature yet. Either upgrade the quiz feature to be more flexible or add scoring to forms.I would also like to have connecteam integrating with ADP so we can use it for scheduling, payroll, time off and automated user management

Tons of functions, user-friendly, outstanding customer service, great value

Comments: Connecteam has allowed our small-but-growing grassroots nonprofit finally centralize and combine staff scheduling, time tracking, and payroll data on one easy-to-navigate, comprehensive platform. And the customer support experience is truly exceptional.

Pros:

When choosing any service-provide, customer service is one of our most important criteria. We've been extremely impressed by Connecteam's online support team. They are always super professional, responsive, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and thorough. And they reply literally within minutes! Or get back to you via email within a matter of hours. This is highly unusual, but especially given the very reasonable cost.

Cons:

I think the Updates function is a bit clunky, and simple features like adding emojis or scheduling send time don't come with our subscription.

Connecteam forms

Comments: Overall, Connecteam is very useful in reducing paperwork and increasing productivity. You just have to be creative when building out your use case. Also, customer service team is absolutely fantastic!!! They are fast to respond and the technical team is quick to sort any issues. I would say that any short comings with the platform are more than balanced by their support team!

Pros:

Connecteam forms are definitely most used and have helped realize the most cost savings across the board. Forms have increased productivity and reduced response times. We are utilizing a small part of the training tools but not enough to fully review. After using for 6 months, we will be slowly making use of more features as people get used to the platform. I can definitely see the ability to digitize a whole company and run it on the platform.

Cons:

There are a few small features here and there that would make things more useable when building tests on the knowledge platform and also the output of forms and results would be enhanced if you could export into multiple formats.

Ease of Use and Intergration

Comments: The product enabled the team to function as one unit. As the business is shift work based it was rear they were all connected. Connecteam enabled a full integration of all functions on one platform that brough the team together in one place.

Pros:

It was easy ti use and simple to implement with a team that has no experience with a Saas product
