There is so much content and data within the CRM, so this is understandable to a degree, but the UI isn't consistent across the entire platform. It requires a ton of front-end work to create a strong structure before it becomes beneficial.

> Overall, it's a good platform. It is asked to do a lot, and HubSpot usually comes through. It still feels like a work in progress, though. There is a decent amount of bugs and annoying UI issues. Unless you are very well-versed in the platform, it can be overwhelming. It is a good platform, but it could be better.
