Excellent event management tool
Comments: What we value most is the time that we save thanks to the tools provided by IDLoom. In addition, we may create fresh, elegant and user friendly event management pages with minimum training of effort. A very important factor is also the very efficient support provided.
Pros:
IDLoom events is a powerful tool when it comes to event management. It is extremely user friendly and well built, allowing the organising team to advance the services provided to our customers, whilst simplifying the organisation process.
Cons:
IDLoom keeps updating their services, so even the features that did not meet our needs have now been updated. Thus, at this point, with relevance to our needs, there are no cons.

This software will make your company lose money
Comments: I will not recommend using this product if your intention is to manage a successful event. After our losses, we reached out to Idloom to try to reach an understanding and to get a partial refund for the time we had not used and they stopped replying to our emails. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Pros:
The software worked well for free events or simple, smaller events.
Cons:
1. The software is not at all user friendly - Clients had difficulty registering 2. There were so many bugs - Payments, attendee management, ticketing 3. Website is not easily customizable 4. Badges are not easily customizable

Great Eventbrite alternative
Comments: For both on and offline events, Idloom seamlessly integrates with our tech stack and is easy to use for our team.
Pros:
Ease of use, academy for onboarding, active community with a clear roadmap and monthly releases
Cons:
At first some things seemed weirdly organized, currently this is no longer the case
Alternatives Considered: Eventbrite
Reasons for Switching to idloom: The freemium model of Eventbrite did not correspond to our need. We don't sell paid event tickets.

Idloom was great for our bilingual conference!
Comments: i thought overall it was great! easy to use and effective.

Bilingual aspect, easy to learn and use, great Ux/ui
Cons:
Pricing is a bit high and higher than eventleaf, the tool we use when we just do unilingual events.

Outstanding service and product delivery
Comments: They have supported me right from the start of my business journey and I value the relationship the quality of the product and would recommend the platform to anyone

Wonderful support team. I had a problem outside of their remit which was a Stripe integration issue. [sensitive content hidden] resolved on a Saturday in his own time.
Cons:
There are so many elements to an event registration and its so important to make sure you tick all the boxes, it can be sometimes easy for us to miss something. Duplicating an event structure and proper testing by users is therefore essential

Excellent Choice for NGOs and Event Management
Pros:
very intuitive and easy to use. Within minutes one can configure the whole framework for an event. Very friendly and accessible customer support.

Promoting an event with multiple registration choises

Excellent event management software for our charity
Comments: This has turned what used to be a time consuming and administratively heavy task into a seamless quick and efficient process saving us hundreds of hours of admininstration each year. It also provides a very professional interface between us and our clients.
Pros:
The software is very intuitive and easy to use. I love the flexibility it offers when setting up an event, it allows us to design the event page specfically for the different types of events we have. Our users have given us very positive reviews on their experience of booking events with us through the software.
Cons:
So far we have not found anything to fault with the software.

Excellent registration tool! Easy to set up
Pros:
What I like is that it's an easy to use software. You can create a registration system as well as an entire good looking website quite fast, without difficulties. You can also customized your questions with a lot of flexibility.

Very intuitive and user friendly with good service
Comments: Idloom provided me with the system I needed at a very friendly price. The greater part of working with the system is intuitive and therefor really easy. At some parts you think: this is to simple to work out good. But it does, everytime. The one time I made a mistake one phonecall was enough to get me on the go again.

It lacks a testing environment. On the other hand, everything works.

It's easy to use, looks great for the customer, allows multiple locations for one event unlike competing event services.
Cons:
Less customizable user-interface, couldn't adjust colors unless I paid, etc.

Comments: Idloom-events gave us a simple and streamlined solution for advertising our event online and receiving payments from non-subscribers who are interested in our events. It was exactly the solution we needed as a small business.
