Membership information wasn't accurate. Members could join without submitting a payment method so we would need to take extra time to follow up. Members who needed to renew would sometimes get reminder emails and some would not. Some would get reminders when no balance due. It caused a lot of frustration from our members resulting in a lot of extra time on our end. The member experience caused a poor reflection on us. The text messaging system is worthless. I would pay to be able to do this and they would never reach our members. Additionally, the customer support is horrible. Members of my team would reach out and never hear back. It wasn't until I said we were canceling our account that we received regular responses. It was a bad experience and we've since found a better solution. > > As I mentioned above, this was not a good experience.
