> **Pros**: There are so many options to customize to our needs. Just for example, our contracts with the local suppliers are extremely complicated and this system accepts all kinds of pricings. The suppliers are also happy with how they receive bookings via Pink Elephant. It's easy to follow the financial part of the bookings on which we can rely.

> **Cons**: There is no manual so we have to ask the support for explanations. Luckily the support is superfast and thorough.

This platform is really made for us, we can promote all of our tours.

I cannot say enough positive things about the the product and their team. I work with many companies on a daily basis and these people are by far the best. The Pink Elephant product is affordable and extremely easy to use, learn and teach your staff to use.
