Our data was compromised in the merge. 2. There is no phone number at all for problems. We have to contact our rep or a help desk via a ticket or email. 3. They didn’t deliver the basic functions we need. We just find out they flat out can’t do it and tell us it might be a feature request for them to add later. A. Their mail merge and data reports won’t download the giving data I need. B. The pledge balance is inaccurate unless you run a separate report to include all giving for the family. C. It doesn’t calculate all the fee donations as a donation (ex it just says the offering is $10.22 and no donation). An extra report needs to be done to even see the incorrect fee totals. They mislead donors by thinking they are paying the fee for the church but in reality they are just giving more which Pushpay takes their percentage off the total and still bills the church the full amount plus the extra. D. Donors find the site very difficult to use. Especially when trying to change information. E. You can input notes in the Giving side but you have to run reports in CHMS which do not include any notes you input. F. You can’t enter a negative amount to record a returned check that was manually entered in a batch. G. You can’t flag a minor’s cell phone to copy a parent on all messages for transparency. > > I could go on with details of the let downs.
