Smooth Transition
Comments: [sensitive content hidden] was an excellent implementation specialist! He was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us get up and running with the new system. We highly recommend him!
Pros:
[sensitive content hidden] was an invaluable asset during our recent implementation process. His expertise in Lever was crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful transition. [sensitive content hidden] patience and clear communication skills made the process much less stressful for our team. He was always available to answer questions and troubleshoot any issues that arose.
Cons:
None whatsoever. Happy with Lever thus far.
Implementation was too easy!
Comments: Tom was our implementation specialist and he was awesome to work with, made every step of the way extremely easy and we wrapped this up very quick.
Pros:
I have been using Lever for years and I wanted my new company to start using it instead of Greenhouse. The functionality is easier to use and it makes the day to day flow effortlessly with our TA team.
Cons:
There are some features it is lacking that I hope they release very soon, it would make our lives a lot easier
Lever is a good entry level product
Pros:
Good entry level product, does the basic job of an ATS.
Cons:
Hard to consolidate candidate profiles. No function on org chart /workforce planning. Requisition approval is too simple, hard to work with finance on budget planning.
Lever ATS Review
Comments: Overall, I have had a good experience with Lever, however, it leaves a lot to be desired compared to the other more modern Applicant Tracking Systems out there.
Pros:
I like Lever because of its ease of use. It's also great for bulk candidate management, especially for those who handle volume roles. It also has integration with a lot of job boards which leads to a good flow of applicants.
Cons:
The reporting module is not the greatest, we have had to integrate it with another app for reports. It also lacks a lot of automation, which can be a downside for busy recruiters.

Great Applicant Tracking
Comments: Easy to use, fast implementation process. Easy to learn and to teach to others.
Pros:
How it integrates with Linked-in recruiter great tool to have.
Cons:
Not much I have found that I don't like. The process to get items set up was probably the hardest just trying to create some of the things that needed to happen on the back end.
Finally.... an ATS built for the active sourcing recruiter!

I always said I would build the perfect ATS someday as every system seems to be lacking something. Then I found Lever - it's like they read my mind every step of the way! What do I like? Ease of use - built from the perspective of a recruiter Fantastic implementation support (Mary is AMAZING and she knows her stuff!!!) Excellent and prompt customer service/support

Nothing When I have felt something was missing, I submitted to request and was either shown how to do it or was told it is currently being worked on. very progressive and growing system.

Does the job on the budget. If you have $ go with a more expensive one.
Comments: Overall 4/5. There are things that I would change but as I said it does the job. At the end of the day, it is all a question of your usage, your team, the scale of the business, and ofc your budget. Lever is a great solution if you have a small team under 10 recruiters, company size under 1k, and a small budget to operate with. If you know how to run scrappy and get things done, Lever is a solid choice.
Pros:
Simple.Intuitive. Extremely easy to onboard new recruiters and get them up to speed. All the basic functionality to run a quick process is there. Not expensive - for the price point I would say delivers a lot of value.
Cons:
Not innovative. They accept feedback - but nothing gets implemented. Even simple things that should take no time. I wish they were listening to the customers who are using the product every day - we want to help and make Lever better.
Lever: an ATS that delivers on its promises!
Pros:
We transitioned to Lever from a previous ATS, we were looking for more functionality and a wider range of features for reporting purposes. [sensitive content hidden], our implentation specialist, was absolutely amazing. We had weekly calls with [sensitive content hidden], who walked us through a different Lever feature, answered every question, assisted greatly in mapping our historical data over, and was avalible via email for my team whenever they needed her. Understanding the system and being guided during the process was so valuable - the Visual Insights (reporting) has allowed us to view data in ways we've never been able to before. Scheduling is also SO much easier, the Recruiting team has nothing but wonderful things to say about how user friendly the plattform is. We've also began using candidate experience surveys, to boost our candidate experience, and are planning to utilize additional features offered down the road. I feel Lever has quickly and truly become a part of our core systems, anytime I have a question Lever support is so helpful and fast as lightning to answer.
Cons:
Our Offer process is currently outside of the ATS, the esignature integration we use does not connect with Lever. Docusign is the only option if we want to utilize Lever's Offer process, so we're looking into it. I would love to see more integrations! The Visual Insights were launched with Lever's Winter Release, I am not a fan currently of the exporting options - but I know this is a function Lever is actively working to improve!
Lever for the Win
Comments: Our implementation and onboarding experience with Lever was fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] listened to everything that we had to say, whether it was pushing for updates, frustrations with understanding, or excitement around how improved our new system was. He was always willing to help us out, go above and beyond supporting us through emails, and follow up with items he didn't have an answer to right away. [sensitive content hidden] made the experience!
Pros:
One of my favorite features is the job posting template. It is so easy to add the pieces that are part of each job posting and only have to worry about updating the details for the specific role.
Cons:
Requesting candidate availability is not something that we can do (yet?) and it does make it difficult to collect that data. We are making it work the best we can until that is hopefully added to the roadmap.
Always emerge with the best there is
Comments: Commendable services and great features.
Pros:
It is a pleasure knowing Lever. It streamline hiring and recruitment. It has revolutionized our way of doing things bringing the best out of every efforts.
Cons:
The one time payment is too high. It should be made monthly to spread the cost.
Complex ATS with many features
Comments: I think if you have the budget for a dedicated ATS and can effectively train all users on the platform and its many features, you'll find that this platform worth the extreme cost, which is about equivalent to a full, smaller HRIS.
Pros:
Lever has many great features that make applicant tracking, interviewing, etc. much easy and more automated than some competitors. It is extremely robust and offers quite a bit as a dedicated ATS. They are one of the biggest in the ATS space for a reason.
Cons:
The cost is extremely high for a small business and if you aren't using all of the features, the ROI is not as high as it should be. The UI is overly complex and hard to navigate and use for the average user. Managers often commented on the struggle to engage fully with the platform.

Pros:
The implementation process was seamless with [sensitive content hidden] as our specialist. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. The integration with Indeed & Paylocity was also seamless!
Cons:
There are a few things that took a little longer to integrate, like texting.
Good platform to use...!!! :)
Comments: Overall worth using compare to other expensive products due to easy integration and good customer suppport.

Boolean search is not effective..Tags are very tedious taskWhile reviewing all applicants/ CV, can not add Tag on same page.
Lever Pro Services Team
Comments: As a project manager, I am assigned 10-15 projects a year, and 80% of these include a professional services engagement from a service partner like Lever. The professional services team led by [sensitive content hidden] was easily the best, smoothest, most competent engagement I’ve seen in years. Coming from a PS background myself, I know it’s tough to be in her role. But her rare combination of high organization, positive attitude and leadership style, product and process knowledge, ability to teach, and written and verbal communication was so effective that my role as client PM was limited to a few internal deliverables and resource gathering. A huge credit to the Lever team, we were able to kick off the project an implement in about 12 weeks, despite terrible delays on our side getting a contract together. This enabled our business leaders to still implement in Q2 as originally planned. [sensitive content hidden] also demonstrated tremendous professionalism and patience when I dropped a ball and she scrambled and accelerated her team to support us. On balance, our business community and we as a client overall were in truly strong, professional hands from start to finish, and our internal post mortem report lists “Lever Professional Services” as the #1 reason we thought the engagement went well. I’d recommend Lever software and professional services without hesitation of any kind to anyone.

I like the functions and scheduling features of Lever. The product overall is easy to implement and use.

The UI and UX of the product needs to improve. The dashboards and the reporting functionality is clunky.
Lever for Applicant Tracking / Recruiting is Great!
Pros:
Lever is a great tool to use as an ATS. The interface is seamless and very user friendly. The reporting capability is great and allows you to accurately track and report on the status of applicants, and pipelines.
Cons:
Lever is a pit pricey compared to other ATS, but the value you get out of the system is wonderful!
Seamless Implementation! Great ATS!
Comments: Our company just launched Lever and we are loving how easy it is to navigate the platform, the visibility we now have into our various pipeline stages, and the many efficiencies we've gained by having this system. Attentive implementation
Comments: The experience has been positive. Changing a new system can be very overwhelming. Lever goes the extra mile to make sure your team is trained and taken care of. We had an amazing Implementation Specialist named [sensitive content hidden] who maintained a very friendly and positive disposition through out our months of training. He was very helpful and excellent representative of Lever. I
Pros:
Love the interviews tab under "candidates". Its so easy to see who is in your pipeline. I also love the clock icon that lets you know when your candidate has gone cold.
Cons:
Having the capability to have multiple Reqs for the same job title would be really helpful. Perhaps having the ability to add additional budget IDs would help solve this problem?
Amazing product for hiring
Comments: As a software developer I can only recommend this product as it is simple and focusses only what is actual needed in a hiring pipeline.
Pros:
I like the simple interface it has because it does not have any clutter. You can easily see the details of the candidate, it was simple to change the candidate assessment fields to match the company's progression framework and I also like that it sends reminders about upcoming events.
Cons:
I honestly cannot mention anything I would like to improve as it fully satisfies my needs. I am only referring candidates and interviewing them so I cannot speak about the price of the service or how easy it was to integrate it with other HR tools.
Worst experience in an ATS
Pros:
- it allows you to set your info in order. However this is really basic for an ATS
Cons:
- Data analytics are very basic- doesn’t allow you to do sourcing with key words
Best application for recruiters
Pros:
Applicants management, integrated workflows and options.
Cons:
Could be a bit cheaper, that's all I would improve.
