My life was a mess until I started using Freshbooks.

Comments: When I think about using Quickbooks or Excel I start to have a panic attack. When I think about using Freshbooks I get a refreshing feeling of a calm, relaxing wind.

Pros:

I record my time and expenses and it automates everything else.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints. It just works and seems simple and easy.

My first choice for invoicing and expense tracking.

It makes invoicing and expense tracking a breeze. I love the clean interface, the professional-looking invoices, and the ease of generating reports. It's like having a personal accountant in my pocket.

Cons:

It is perfect for freelancers and small businesses, it might not have all the advanced features larger companies require.

There has to be something better than this.

Comments: The weirdest thing is an accounting program that wont show you a bank register.
How can you SEE what is going on without a register. Reconcile what exactly. It's confusing, and now you will need a bookkeeper to fix all the stuff you try to do.

Pros:

That it isn't Quickbooks online. I thought QBO was a train wreck and now I can see that ALL of these cloud based accounting firms are just a front for the bookkeepers union. They must be because you Will need one when you use this.

Cons:

Same goofy kind of double entry stuff that I experienced with QBO. Bank feeds are not your friend.

Using Freshbooks has been a game changer for me and my team. It's interface is friendly and easy to navigate saving us on setting up time and helping us keep everything neatly organized. Freshbook is a unique platform whose touch of excellence in accounting and expense management stood out for me in comparison to other tools in the market. I find it's performance and reliability top notch in functions like generation and invoices tracking which is complete. It's decency in tracking expenses is on its own level. I am also able to execute receipt approvals, billable hours and keep financial records which are the major accounting roles making it an ultimate accounting solution

Cons:

To be honest I have not encountered a single thing I dislike about Freshbooks. As an accountant who have used lots of accounting softwares I can recommend freshbooks to anyone out there for efficient execution of his/her accounting needs

Honestly, all that could have gone right with FreshBooks has gone right leaving us with nothing to dislike about it at all.

I had a line of tasks that was easy to perform.

Comments: It was a 50 and 50 where we saved time and money, we could follow up on an effective timeline where in general we could have details of how much we spent in time and also in money in each process, on the other hand we delayed, we It was too disturbing not to be clear about everything since the situation required that we had to go through many accounting options that we did not use.

I handled a small part of the billing for the software, and according to this, since it was cheaper to do it that way, at that time I tracked the time of my development tasks since I had compatibility of those projects. Comments: I found the software to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. I am not very computer/tech savvy but I had no problem using it. FreshBooks helps me save a lot of time every day and allows me to do my bookkeeping much more efficiently than I had been previously.

Freshbooks is an easy to adopt tool for especially small business financial management needs. It's cost is pocket friendly and has a perfectly tailored UI that anyone can use even without prior accounting knowledge. It is available in mobile apps for Android or any other devices which enhances accessibility and conveniency that I can manage my business even when am away. With it Iam able to create and send invoices, take photos of clients payment receipts which makes it ridiculously easy to manage payments and expenses online. This allows to keep my financial records updated . Tax filing is a breeze and it also allows double entry accounting reports.

Cons:

I find it's customization capabilities quite limited

I like to use the mobile app because we're traveling a lot and still need to use the service. It's easy to open and start working on whenever and wherever I want. I've never lost my work either. It feels like the app actually knows what I need and makes suggestions to help. I love that.

Cons:

We only need the inventory feature for a small portion of our sales so I haven't used it a lot, but I don't think it's as good as others I've used. Specifically inventory tracking.
