They provide a chat box but it takes them forever to respond. > > Just an abysmal experience. The product functions minimally and it is on purpose. They charge twice the initial licensing fee for customer support which is heavily needed considering no QA was done on the site. They also charge $400 for a 3-session meeting plan with one of their reps, who just gives you a basic walkthrough of the site and provides no information on how to build it around your specific concept. So you sign up, find out you need hands-on support from staff to avoid the many pitfalls, and that support costs twice as much. It’s frustrating that I cannot promote a discounted rate with a code and just have the customers input the code.
