Unacceptable\! I have customers who want to book, and now I'm having to do everything manually. I've tried writing customer support but have gotten 0 responses. They have no support number to call or anything... so I'm screwed. They're based in the Netherlands, so either they are too busy getting high or sleeping. If you run an international company, you MUST provide 24-hour support. I dislike writing negative reviews and can understand technical issues, but you must at least support the time zones in which you're trying to do business. Looking for alternatives...
