Free and truly helpful accounting platform

Comments: Great! Simple process for creating invoices, tracking expenses and keeping on top of my company's accounting.

Pros:

Absolutely FREE to use! It is a very user-friendly platform with easy to get started user experience. It succeeds in meeting all the needs of managing the very basics of accounting like creating and sending a quote, an invoice, and more.

Cons:

It does not have a lot of functionalities like Zoho Books nevertheless, it acts as a great free accounting platform with many of the fundamental functions covered.

It's good for small businesses

If one have a small business and does not live in a country where a certified invoicing software is needed, then this solution is a good "go to"

Cons:

Since it is not a certificated solution, it cannot be used in many countries where certified invoicing software is mandatory

Perfect for your invoicing needs

Comments: We use Zoho Invoice to send and organize our invoices for a few years and it has worked great for our business.

Pros:

Allows us to manage our receivables and send professional looking invoices to our customers.

Cons:

We wish that there were more options for payment gateway integrations or a built in payment gateway from Zoho.

Zoho Invoice; the best so far.

Comments: I've tried Quickbooks and FreshBooks but I am sticking with Zoho Invoice for its simplicity and the price is right. Freshbooks was disappointing.

Pros:

Easily produces professional invoices and reports for the light user. Faster, simpler and cheaper than the competition. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Recurring invoices could be easier. I need to set a manual schedule with a changing number of hours (items). Have not figured that out yet.

Comments: Overall, I have used Zoho Invoice for years and is a great tool for the busy entrepreneur needing to send professional invoices quickly.

Pros:

Invoices are customisable to your own brand, very professional looking. Was easy and simple to set up recurring invoices with multiple online payment methods to enable clients different ways to pay. Easy to search for previous invoices and option to record expenses too.

Cons:

Support is a little slow to respond which would be my only criticism of this invoicing tool. I personally found support to be very helpful but they can take 2-3 days to initially respond.

Pros:

Zoho Invoice is a free online invoicing software that is perfect for small businesses. With this software, you can send invoices with ease from mobile or web and get paid quickly. You can choose from a ton of beautiful and customizable templates, add your logo and even automate recurring invoices. You can also send clients reminders for past-due balances and provide multiple payment options for customers to pay you securely. My favourite feature is sending quotes for clients to approve and then converting the document to an invoice to bill them at a later date. I also love that I can track the time I spent on a project and bill them per hour. You can conveniently start a timer with your mobile device, laptop or Apple Watch and time will be logged in a calendar format. You can also use Zoho Invoice to automatically scan expense receipts and calculate your travel expenses with the GPS and see your mileage. It features a dashboard where you can keep track of your business performance with insightful charts and graphs. Your customers also have access to a self-service portal where they can view their invoices or quotes and make payments.

Cons:

You can’t produce financial statements.

Don't Let the Name Fool You

Comments: Love it. So economical and packed with features. Love Zoho

Pros:

Even though Zoho Invoice creates and processes invoices (which is our only main use) it has many other features such as time tracking, estimates, and expenses. Simple software but, at the same time, not so simple that it does not fit our needs perfectly. Not to mention also, the suite of Zoho business solutions. They have thought of everything a business needs

Cons:

I really cannot think of anything that I do not like about this program.

Alternatives Considered: Jotform and QuickBooks Online

Reasons for Choosing Zoho Invoice: I discovered first the Zoho suite of business solutions (which I use many of) and found invoicing. It is easier to use and it (obviously) works perfectly with all other Zoho business solutions

Comments: Is a great invoice system, is free and easy to use. Reporting is easy and the mobile app makes this app one of the best I ever used.

Pros:

Zoho Invoice is a great app, fist of all is free to use and has some fine invoice template to use if you don't have any of your own. Creating invoice is very fast and manage them is also easy. It has a nice UI and intuitive design which makes it easy to use.

Cons:

In past i had some slow loading times, but happened long time ago.

Comments: I have had an easy time preparing invoices with the software as it deals with all areas of invoicing and reporting thus making my work efficient and time saving.

Pros:

I like the way it allows us to customize templates to meet our preferences. Invoicing has been made easy as we can easily track our estimates and send reminders to the pending payments.

Comments: Overall I was very happy with the years I used Zoho Invoice. It has a simple, easy-to-use interface, plenty of customizability with invoice design, and excellent value.

Pros:

I liked that it only had the features I was looking for, and that it wasn't overloaded with extras that I didn't need, which would have increased the price point. This was fantastic entry-level software when my business was still very young, that allowed me to streamline invoice generation for clients. I also used it to keep track of my billable hours on projects.

Cons:

Eventually I wanted to level up to software that combined invoicing and time tracking capability with accounting services, and I also wanted to expand the number of users. After researching other options, I decided that Zoho Invoice no longer met my growing needs.

Zoho is Perfect For My Small Business

Comments: It is easy to get started and use. It has been a tremendous help in running my small businesss.

Pros:

I use the free version of the software. I do not need all the extra features given I am a "one man" operation. I have used other software and this is by far the best.

Cons:

So far I cannot say there is anything I do not like about Zoho. I am a small business and do not use a lot of features so it is perfect for me and my situation.
