RecDesk creates a clear path forward on any task. It allows easy tracking of class rosters. Reporting features are top-notch and simplified for easy auditing and tracking. > > **Cons**: The most challenging aspect of RecDesk is communicating with enrollees. There is no way to communicate directly from an individual, as all communication originates from the institution. Additionally, I am not a huge fan of the design of RecDesk, as it feels very dated. > > I am a big fan. We've used other, similar software, and we've grown to like RecDesk for the ease of use. Part-timers can pick up the software easy. It is NOT a singular usage program for a community center, though.
