Standard for Incident reporting
Comments: This is really the industry standard in incident reporting in the health sector. This allows trusts to capture all of the required information in order to conduct an investigation.
Straightforward to complete incident forms - answering a questions will open up other options/questions that are related to the answer given.
It takes some time to set up. Having been involved in the set up at a different trust I know this can be time consuming and takes some attempts to get right.
Overall easy to use for reporting incidents and keeping track of datixs raised
Takes some practice to get used to filling in a datix form and where things are located
