Quick, easy and effective

Comments: Overall, I find EHR Your Way to be easy to use, and it makes my life easier because of the reminders and shortcuts it has built in.

Pros:

As a therapist, I find that its really quick and easy to write up my notes, keep documents organized and keep my treatment plans up to date because they give note and treatment plan reminders. I also like that your calendar is color coordinated so its super easy to tell which appointments are in person, online, new patients vs. existing, etc. Patients also give positive feedback about getting appointment reminders.

Cons:

I do wish EHR Your Way gave reminders for when to readminister outcome measures in the same way that it gives reminders for outstanding notes and treatment plans. That would make it even better.

Comments: excellent and easily used. it is difficult enough to manage by physical forms and charts and the office work EHR puts it all together in one system and it works

Pros:

i love that you can actually talk to a person with such a professional manner and so friendly. i love that i can conform my business into what i need and easily navigate through the program. This is an the way to go :)

Cons:

really nothing because the staff and program is fixed, added , or omitted as i ask for help

Great program

Comments: Have been using this system for a little over 3 years. The transition and getting to know how the program works was very easy and it has been great since.

Pros:

The ease of completing documentation on a daily basis.

Cons:

Nothing signifiant comes to mind, I don't have any complaints.

Buyer Beware – EHR Your Way's Sales Illusion

Comments: One of the worst examples of over-promise and under-deliver that we have seen in our 3 decades of owning and operating businesses. Though no way of knowing for sure, we believe their business strategy is to intentionally overcharge for creating non-refundable forms during the implementation phase while clients are unaware (our invoice was nearly $5,000 before we discontinued their ability of ACH withdrawals from our account). After realizing what was going on, we advised that we would not be using their EHR services and requested a full refund. They advised the creation of forms was non-refundable.

Pros:

The sales presentations were well developed, professional, and created a deliberate illusion that this company was among the leading EHR vendors of the industry. Direct quote, “since the pandemic our team of software engineers has grown to over 90”. This was instrumental to our decision to contract.

Cons:

What was not conveyed during the sales presentations was that their team of 90+ “software engineers” were independently contracted, foreign outsourced labor - credentials of which are unverifiable. We have since been notified that there are only two employees within the company, both conducting the sales presentations.

Comments: EHR YOUR WAY been very easy to learn and navigate for our intake team and providers.

Pros:

EHR YOUR WAY is a simple system to learn and use.

Cons:

Occasionally, there are complaints that the patient portal is not user friendly.

Experience with EHR Your Way

Comments: I had a great experience with EHR Your Way and their team. The whole team made the set-up from start to finish easy. They did a lot of the leg work which made my job implementing it with our staff much easier.

Pros:

What I like most is how easy the program is to use and has everything we need for our practice. I also like that if we had an issue, we could submit a ticket, and the ticket was acknowledged, and issue resolved in a timely manner.

Cons:

Honestly everything was pretty easy, but the one concern was with the billing, running payments and having the credit card company process the payments longer than 24 hours. Once we noticed the issues and spoke with the team, it was resolved.

Positive review of EHR

Comments: I have had a positive experience with EHR compared to other platforms and would recommend it to other professional practices.

Pros:

Ease of use and ease of access for multiple providers to coordinate treatment

Cons:

if a client has been discharged and returns: EHR will calculate due dates for the client paperwork based on the original admit date and not the new admit date.

Comments: It was an overall decent experience. Rarely had issues with EHR.

What I liked most about EHR YOUR WAY is that it is easy to navigate.

Sometimes it doesn't autosave notes or forms that I filled.

It is user-friendly. It works well with my apple laptop.

The mobile app is minimal. I would like the app to be better.

Great Service

Comments: I use it every day for work to submit specific paperwork I need to submit.

I enjoy how it is very easy to access and how I am able to do lots on this platform.

At times it seems as though the platform could use an update.

Solid system that will keep adapting to your needs

Comments: It's been solid and reliable. The team works hard to resolve issues when I create tickets for technical support! They have continued to work to adapt the programming to improve the convenience of the system to meet needs we experience as a small group practice serving diverse clients, which means the record keeping and billing can be idiosyncratic.

Pros:

As a mental health provider who does not have a lot technical prowess, the clinical functions in the system are overall user-friendly and reliable.

Cons:

There have been times we have had to adapt different things that did not seem to flow well between the clinical and billing sides of the system. Some was user error. Some was programming, from what I understand.

Excellent Experience

Comments: Excellent. It has made our practice run much more smoothly. It is very easy for our providers with limited technology experience to navigate. Support is very responsive.

Pros:

After using several different electronic products, we have finally found one that is perfect for us. We will not be switching again!

Cons:

Sometimes we do not know about updates that involve changes.

EHR Your Way continues to work well with their customers

Pros:

The thing that I enjoy most about using EHR Your Way is how easy it is to make/schedule/reschedule client appointments. It is also great to having all of the Client's information in one location through EHR instead of having to bring home numerous physical charts to do paperwork every night.

Cons:

Sometimes EHR will have an error occur where a Client cannot be scheduled in a specific timeslot when availability is open. However, EHR Your Way support has always responded immediately to try and correct the issue.

Easy to use

Comments: I enjoy using EHR YOUR WAY due to it's ease of documentation storage, documentation completion and making appointments. I also enjoy the option to send appointment reminders either by text message or email.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to navigate documents and make appointments

Cons:

It often says that I have incomplete assessments even if they are completed

Getting it Done

Comments: It's fine, i use it everyday. It gets the job done and my bosses approve of it

Pros:

Well it simplifies the process of filling out the documents.

Cons:

For the most part it serves its purpose well. There are some features that I can do without. When the document is been sent in for review it can't be altered. you have to wait for the reviewer to send it back to you and then you can alter it. also it would be nice to have a future submission tray so that catching up is possible.

This system is so helpful

Comments: I have used EHR Your way for over a year and it has saved me so much time with administrative aspects of my practice. I complete documentation efficiently thanks to the organization of EHR Your way and am able to keep track of client communication along with update charts all in one place.

Pros:

EHR Your Way allows me to keep everything I need regarding client care in one place. It also allows me to access and navigate billing with ease. I love that this system includes a secure way to connect with clients as well as team with colleagues on client care.

Cons:

While I enjoy all of the feature of EHR Your way, I would love for them to include a secure telehealth platform for all provider accounts.

Efficient and User-Friendly

Comments: EHR has been an easy to use system that allows for quick training of staff to familiarize with. It makes reviewing and accessing records efficient and easily able to modify as your needs change.

EHR is very user friendly, efficient, easily able to modify to meet our needs. EHR support is quick to respond to any changes that need to be made

At this time there is nothing specific about EHR that has been problematic

EHR Experience

Comments: I have used this EHR system for 3 years now and feel it's made my job easier when it comes to completing my documentation in a timely manner.

Pros:

This EHR system is efficient and easy to navigate, which makes documentation and notes much less stressful. I like the features it offers for things like treatment plans and intake forms and I appreciate the reminders it offers for deadlines since this is something I often rely on.

Cons:

I wish the portal for patients was more user friendly as some patients have trouble navigating this depending on the device they use to access it.

EHR YOUR WAY Excellent EHR system

Comments: Exemplary, well worth it. Flexible, quality system

Pros:

It is an exceptionally efficient and effective system. It is extremely user-friendly. The staff are very responsive to rectifying problems, they are very accommodating to the agency's needs. EHR YOUR WAY is cost-effective.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything that should be noted here.

Residential Treatment EHR

Comments: I have worked in many different facilities and have used many products. This is my first employer that use EHR. It was easy to learn and it is reliable for the treatment facilities needs.

Pros:

EHR is very effective and easy to use. All of the sections link directly to what we need them for. One document will automatically sync to the other when information is transmittable. When we need a document updated EHR is quick to fix the document that it pertains to. I solely use EHR when it comes to any clinical interaction with clients.

Cons:

There is not much I do not like about EHR. Every so often a ticket has to be submitted for a document to be corrected. But these situations are handled promptly.

EHR Great way to keep track of work.

Comments: Love the fact that its great to keep track of work. I also enjoy that it is user friendly and not difficult to navigate.

User friendly and easy to use. It is a great way to track work and stay updated on the work that is being tracked.

Cons:

Everything is great, I like using EHR. It allows me to keep track of the work I do.

Customer service I can't speak enough to how easy it is to communicate with them and get system issues fixed we all know there will be system issues but having somebody to fix them immediately is very helpful

Cons:

Recent price increases however we all know that the economy is requiring that in every area

Comments: I have been using EHR Your Way for a little over 3 years now and it has grown to be a very user-friendly platform

Pros:

EHR is very responsive in any support ticket we send in. Within 24 hours we have a response and generally a resolution.

Cons:

I do not have any dislikes about the service or product.

User friendly for everyone !

Comments: The learning curb was short and I was up to speed and running in no time !

Pros:

That it populates fields in which to make entries which ensures an easier billing process

Cons:

Nothing I can think of, it was a quick learning curve for me which was quite a relief
