Have been using this software for three rosters for about 5 years

Comments: we manage rosters over 3 sits (soon to be 4). However the cost of paying for multiple rosters that do not link to our paysystem is becoming prohibitive and we are actively looking for an integrated payroll / roster / timeclock package.

Pros:

easily accessible for staff, good visuals and easy to use. Some staff are abler to link to the phone calendars which is helpful

Cons:

The phone app is not great for me so always use desktop version on my phone, which can be problematic. there should be a setting that forces automatic refresh as sometimes staff will be looking at a roster and not realise it has changed.

Comments: Part of our set-up now, wouldn't be without it.

Pros:

Spreadsheet like planning, extensive reporting, comms with staff

Cons:

Staff app is clunky and doesn't really make communications / shift requests easy to manage, not able to use app as admin, inability to make visual templates for planning.

Comments: Very simple, easy and visual. We dont use the messaging service but can see how this would be a great advantage to larger teams.

Pros:

Easy to work from PC and app on phones. 8 week template structure which makes it easy to upload shifts. Can make changes without 'publishing' them so it gives the manager time to make changes before finalising

Cons:

No complaints. The team likes it ease of it. I like it as a manager.

Comments: Really straight forward and easy. All our employees can easily use the app

Pros:

Has completely simplified our employee time keeping and makes doing payroll at the end of the month incredibly simple

Cons:

It is slightly on the pricey side for small business of around 6 -10 employees. We dont need the scheduling and a lot of the other features but we do need the ability to track clocking in and out of 6/7 employees

Comments: Good for the purpose we are using, but very difficult to integrate other administrative services. You need multiple softwares to do an HR admin.

Pros:

A relatively easy to use employee management and scheduling solution for a reasonable price. Ideal for small remote teams and for office environment.

Cons:

Outdated platform design, some features are challenging to use. It is costly to use for multiple departments of the same company. No API connection to my understanding and no mobile access which makes it impossible to adapt in non-office like environment. Some reporting features missing, others are not useful for remote operations.

Staff roster software made simple.

Comments: Find My Shift is a great rostering software. The app works well, and the website is user-friendly. We use it to manage our company’s staff roster, and it’s been very efficient and easy to use. One feature that would be really helpful is a version history for every roster, showing who edited it and how many times it’s been updated. Other than that, everything is already in place and working smoothly.

Excellent Scheduling Software

Comments: Fantastic, easy to use, both on desktop and on the app. Everything I need and a load more functions that I don't even use that might appeal to others too.

Pros:

The scheduling format is very simple and intuitive. I've used it for two different businesses, one only employing up to 10 people and one that employed 60+ and found it just as useful for both.

Cons:

It's only minor - I've received feedback from the team that they don't appreciate the reminders about upcoming shifts especially when it comes through on their scheduled days off. If this feature could be an opt-in rather than opt-out that would help.

Comments: We enjoy using the system and it has helped us bring down our management overhead as a result. making it easy for team to view, accept and log their hours has made a big difference.

Pros:

its easy to use and give multiple layers of management oversight, from viewer to admin. Giving staffing team the flexibility to monitor their teams, and senior or management/ team leaders the ability to amend aspects and send requests. Budgeting and reporting tools are also very useful for planning and analysing using team data.

Cons:

the baby blue message windows with pale text do need a little amending, very hard to read.

Comments: Easy to use and maneuver around. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.

Pros:

I found Find My Shift to be an excellent tool in time sheets, client hour billings, invoicing, and more. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.

Cons:

I love using it, just the least i kind of want to see improvement is when you type a name, you have to click refresh to have the name populate. This could be confusing for certain people.
