"Start up empowered by Firefish!"
Pros: The customer service is great, they are quick to respond to issues, happy to help when customising features in the CRM and always open to suggestions. The system was designed by those with recruitment experience and it shows, the task and workflow management is logical and the contact search capabilities and suggested matches are intelligent, adding real value to your candidate and client communications. They also had my website and CRM system set up quickly when my business was founded offering full training and support through onboarding
Cons: The site doesn't fully integrate with major job boards or social media so advert response does not automatically list against your roles and instead goes into your email. There is a 365 integration that means its fairly simple to transfer these into the system but this can be time consuming if you have a high volume of response to manage.

"Wise May Ltd - Review on Firefish"
Comments: Fantastic overall service. The team are quick to respond, always happy to help and NOTHING is too much trouble. I have worked for a company and used a different database for the last 10 years, I feel with the Firefish technology I will be in a much stronger position than before, it does things I didn't know a database could do, I have been amazed at everything it has to offer. I have received complete help & support with my website and I am so pleased with the finished product! Couldn't be happier with the service overall.
Pros: From start to finish the Team at Firefish have made the process very seamless and stress free. The Software itself is extremely intuitive and user friendly. The searches are great!
Cons: I can't think of anything I don't like about it

"Great service, great product"
Comments: Just overall it has been a great experience from first phone call (the pitch)4 years ago to integrating it with a new website last month. Great service, good product and great value.
Pros: It's easy to use, easy to change to your exact needs, we bought in to the database as it's set up with just recruiters in mind and you get a first class service, you can actually pick the phone and get an answer within 5secs rather than 'raising a ticket' which takes 48hrs for an email response.
Cons: Honestly, nothing, it is very much the 'ronsil' of recruitment software, it just does exactly as you need it to do.

"Superb System!"
Comments: Firefish are very customer focussed. They listen to what we need and they take on board suggestions. It is a system designed by recruiters, so they understand the challenges we face on a daily basis and this shows in this functionality. I have recommended this system to other contacts in the industry who are equally happy with it. In fact, thinking back to when we set up, Firefish was a recommendation from another recruitment firm we know. I think this is the highest form of praise.
Pros: It is extremely easy to navigate and we have found with minimal training, staff have picked up the system easily. It allows us to track our activity, set targets and even suggests candidates for jobs... it makes recruitment a much more simple process!
Cons: The system is constantly improving and we have had a couple of our suggestions implemented. Initially we struggled on the temp side as it didn't allow us to input an hourly rate, only a day rate. We suggested the improvement and within a short period of time they had updated the system to include an hourly option.

"In House ATS"
Comments: Positive. We receive good feedback from individual users, agencies and hiring managers. They are all complimentary of the system.
Pros: It offers easy to navigate, eye catching software that would accompany the businesses in house recruiting model in place. I felt Hiring Managers would benefit from the visibility and user friendly approach to recruitment that the Firefish system provides, something that was often over complicated by other similar platforms.
Cons: Not found it yet. I appreciate its core audience is agency side but it has integrated well with our requirements as an inhouse function.

"Reliable and easily customisable. The staff are helpful when troubleshooting"
Pros: It's efficient, rarely breaks and easily customisable. I like the dashboard that clearly states your KPI's and easy to add notes on profiles
Cons: Would be good if there were a few more features included such as more options when sending a mailer, when a candidate applies directly not to automatically change their status and wipe the record card if already registered

"Ticks all the boxes"
Pros: Since using Firefish it has been so much easier to manage our candidate database and active roles. The system is very intuitive and user friendly which was a deciding factor when reviewing systems. The support from the helpdesk if efficient & friendly. I find it fantastic value and would highly recommend it.
Cons: The pre-defined reports are great however I find the report builder a little difficult to navigate.

"Useful, Easy and Efficient"
Comments: As a daily, hourly user. It keep you up to date with everything you have done, if you put as much info in, Firefish gives it back to you and you really have to utilise it to the best of your ability ie - Emails, Texts and Updates!
Pros: I love the To-Do List feature, It is useful, self explanatory and plans your day for you based on the information you give it! Also, the Weekly KPI feature really allows you to see your week on how we or not so well you have done which helps you priortise what you have to do
Cons: I like Firefish all round, however, I feel that it can lose your previous info that you have put in which is frustating however it isn't anything that affects your day consistently. Not much to pick at!

Comments: From the word go the FF team have been great, there is always someone on hand to deal with queries via phone or email and any issues that do arise are dealt with promtly.
Pros: Firefish is easy to install, user friendly and comes with great customer service at the right price.

"Great customer support"
Comments: Very good customer support.
Pros: Customer support is faultless. It also automates a lot of the admin & keeps you safe with GDPR.
Cons: I don't think that the searching it that good & the navigation is more difficult / slower than what I'm used to. The system separates Jobs from the Adverts.

"Great for a small business like me."
Pros: Manages your job page on website very well directly from posting jobs in the system, Very well organised on the dashboard too
Cons: No hourly/daily pay differentiation. I would also have been good if the outlook add in for Firefish would work better with apple products as you need a windows system at the moment.

"Does what we need to a basic level, but, we have found a number of limitations which slow us down"
Pros: Great for posting jobs and general connectivity with other sites. Like the recruitment registration/webpage. Reasonable workflow process, but slower than that of other systems I have used in past.
Cons: Worried about GDPR compliance and technical support have not been able to help, no spell check on emails, no ability to save documents onto the system and edit them from there. Even with tweaking, emails from the system look different from our outlook mails. Some of the templates are quite poor and take quite a bit of tweaking.

"We have recently started using Firefish, it is extremely user-friendly and efficient support team"
Comments: All in one candidate recruitment software package.
Pros: Easy of navigation, very user-friendly both for the candidates and the consultants, also tracks sales targets & candidates from application processed to hired!
Cons: The only negative part of the system is that when you are adding new role you have to add the contact before entering the company.

"Excited to be using it. Team were convincing. So far so good. Cannot complain."
Pros: When inserting the information you have to ensure its spot on. Once its done you then start to see the benefits in the job search function. Looks good. Ive used Bullhorn, JobAdder and Zoho and very pleased with the choice to use Firefish. Support is exceptional.
Cons: Entering the resume information and also the setting up of a company as a mandatory requirement. I understand the reasons behind it and FireFish are far more intelligent than I to determine if its right or wrong.

"Amazing forward thinking recruitment CRM built by a passionate team - I only wish we'd moved sooner!"
Comments: From the initial enquiry/demos through to the migration, going live and onboarding - I cannot fault the team at Firefish. Almost 2 months into using the product daily we are really getting to grips with things and the fact they listen to their customers and update the product on a regular basis is invaluable especially compared to our previous CRM.
Pros: Firefish is fast and easy to use which encourages recruitment consultants to use it fully, unlike other systems where consultants only populate it because they "have to". The whole team at Firefish are passionate about the product and this really shows! You feel like a valued customer and nothing is too much work. Coming from a CRM we had used for over 15 years I was nervous about the integration but the process was so well managed and all aspects of the migration were taken into consideration with "no stone unturned" so there weren't any unexpected surprises when we went live. Features like the candidate portal and straightforward website integration are great too - it gives candidates the ability to manage their own account, browse/apply for jobs and receive tailored job alerts based on their preferences.
Cons: Not many to be honest. There is no in-built document editor (but we have found a simple workaround for this) and some of the reporting took a bit of getting used to. There are a few features we would like to see but other customers have suggested these so it should only be a matter of time before they are implemented. Having said that though, the community is fantastic and the ability to raise and vote on ideas is great. If your business really needs a specific feature this is something that can be developed (at a reasonable cost).

"Firefish CRM review Oct 2020"
Pros: It looks good, good layout, easy to use and it covers a lot of functionality. The support team especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are great. The regular webcasts have been encouraging especially during covid/lockdown. The team are constantly striving to improve and this is a CRM which is striving to keep up to date with the changes in recruitment.
Cons: No CRM is ever going to please all the users as we all require different things. That said, the marketing tools are limited and the social media interaction i.e whats app is lacking and the templates could be laid out easier.

"Firefish Review"
Comments: Very good. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] remains accessible and the support team is great.
Pros: Massive fan of Firefish and Pivotal have used since 2014. I really like the customisation in the back end, which means we can pinpoint talent for roles accurately and quickly.
Cons: I feel the reporting and analytics could be improved, by being able to select the key metrics that need to be analysed and running just one report. Currently I need to run a few different reports so can take a little longer than hoped.

"Firefish is a fabulous recruitment CRM"
Comments: My overall experience, shared by my team at Swindale Parks, is nothing but positive.
Pros: Firefish has transformed the way me & my team do business. It is very easy to use and the team at Firefish are constantly issuing advise on how to get mnore out of the system, by way of Blogs and the like.
Cons: Nothing major to report here. Generally speaking over the 14 months we have used it, I would give it 9/10.

"Great software and a great team"
Comments: From the beginning of the process, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was incredibly easy to work with in terms of the data migration and testing. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was also great with any snagging and helping to build a monitoring tool which we need for Northern Irish fair employment laws. The candidate experience has been great using the online portal and it has improved efficiency in terms of moving candidates through all the workflows as well as streamlining our GDPR process. The support team are also great and always available to help.
Pros: It's incredibly user-friendly and works extremely well for a small to medium-sized recruitment firm as the support is always available and they get to know you well. With our previous provider we felt like a small fish (no pun intended) who they didn't really care about. The GDPR offering is great and takes the hassle out of things. Having applications appear on your dashboard is great and the dashbard also makes it really easy to manage your candidates through the recruitment process.
Cons: Not being able to come out of draft emails to check another record before sending and not having visibility over when jobs are due to expire on external job boards.

"Amazing Support Team, Great product"
Comments: I have an excellent experience with Firefish. Their support team is excellent, they provide all members of my team with assistance when required and always go the extra mile to ensure we have everything we need and are comfortable with all aspects of their product. It's an intuitive and simple system to use and there's always quick turnaround of any issues being resolved. I highly recommend Firefish!
Pros: The support team for Firefish is one of the best I have come across. They're always happy to help, super friendly and always quick at coming back to you with an answer if not a solution. I can't recommend the team enough.
Cons: Generally I think that this software is very intuitive and works really well, the only aspect that really needs improving is the software capabilities on the temporary side of recruitment and the functionality available. Saying this, Firefish actively works to improve on / implement their most requested features and it is steadily improving.

"Firefish software"
Comments: Fab - its the best system we've had.
Pros: What I really like is the fact that Firefish are so proactive at keeping you up to dates with any updates and give lots of guidance on how to improve the whole experience, they give daily videocasts on advice and constantly bringing out industry ideas. I love the frequent contact which is unusual for the recruitment industry which is usually so cloak and dagger.
Cons: Very minor things - like we have the SMS package with firefish, I wish there was a more glaring notification when responses came through.

"My little piece of peace of mind"

Pros: So many things that tick the MOST button - ease of use, logical thought process, support, engagement, cloud-based, ease of onboarding and batch uploading, security knowing that if my PC crashes, my business doesn't
Cons: Very little ... but I do think I could be using it more effectively if I dedicated a bit more time to exploring more, but it more than meets my needs on a day to day basis
