I ran into a very specific webhook integration issue with Wix, and the co-founder, \[sensitive content hidden\], personally worked with me to understand what was causing the problem. When we realized Youform’s existing webhook structure couldn’t send the custom payload Wix needed, their team actually implemented a custom payload feature to solve it. He kept me updated throughout the process, and once the feature was released, I was able to get my automation working. It’s rare to receive that level of responsiveness and care from a software company.

> **Cons**: The webhook customization I needed wasn’t available when I initially set everything up, which caused some difficulty integrating with Wix. However, the team responded to the issue and added the functionality I needed very quickly, so what started as my biggest frustration ultimately became one of the reasons I was impressed with their support.
