There are several great features but our favorites are clio payments, efiling, the ease of billing and bill review, reporting and the newly added automations. Our firm also loves the tasking feature and the several ways to capture time. IF the CPI or DRAFT were included, maybe for a slightly higher price, it would seem more integrated.
