Excellent for sharing file!
Comments: It is a good application for securing and sharing file. You can easily use it in a way that your life can be at ease.
Pros:
it is convenient for sharing files from one gadget to another. I also like that it has s lot of features I enjoyed.
Cons:
Sometimes it has errors and laggy but it does not affect its overall performance.
Sharefile is the perfect way to upload and download documents securely
Comments: Sharefile is a great tool to utilize to share important documents with clients and they can download them securely.
Pros:
What I like most about sharefile is that it can be an outlook plugin and you can attach things securely through emails and also that you can share access with your coworker.
Cons:
Sometimes it could be slow but no real issues.
Offshore Customer Service for US Customers is HORRIBLE
Comments: It was not a good expensive. It was expensive, customer service was horrible, and I was never able to get any information on adding eSignature functionality to my account.
Pros:
ShareFile was somewhat easy for my clients to understand and use, so there wasn't much of a learning curve.
Cons:
Customer service is nonexistent, for all intents and purposes. You're directed to their Help & Support website, which does not usually have the information useful to resolve issues that I ran into, so the next option is a Chat functionality. The Chat is operated by representatives outside of the USA, and replies are canned responses. I just wasted more than 40 minutes cancelling the service, for the second time. I canceled it the first time in June, and was assigned a case number, and sent a confirmation. But then today, my credit card was billed for another annual subscription fee, so I had to follow up, and it has been an excruciatingly painful experience. Also, there is no e-signature functionality built in to ShareFile, so it's useless for tax compliance document management. There is apparently an add-in for RightSignature, but I could never get any information, and only heard through other accountant groups that it is very expensive. ShareFile is expensive enough on its own, so it wasn't worth it to continue, since there are accounant specific applications out there that do a much better job.

Fast, Safe and Reliant Sharetool
Pros:
We use it for all our external files that require signature. Works great for remote workers and locations.
Cons:
The pricing could be simpler as we do not use all the features present. However, there is not much to dislike. May require some time to get used to it.
A fine product!
Comments: very good, easy to learn and well priced
Pros:
safe secure and easy to sue, very good product
Cons:
not much - it can be slightly difficult to add people form other organizations
Poor customer service
Pros:
Reasonable performance with Outlook. Avoid using with Gmail. I had to contact the tech support team multiple times to fix the Gmail plugin. It is not reliable.
Cons:
The billing team is terrible. I requested a 3 license package, but they charged me for 5 licenses. I contacted them 5 times and the issue is still not resolved. I ended up having to dispute this with my credit card company. I feel like Sharefile does not care about it's customers. All the representatives say is that they cannot help me.

ShareFile is fast, easy to access and secure for sharing files.
Comments: We don't have a file sharing server, thus this is the simplest way to distribute and exchange data, especially huge ones, across geographically distributed staff and clients. ShareFile eliminates the need for physical storage, and remote access is the most significant benefit, significantly improving productivity and performance. Citrix Sharefile assists us in fulfilling our need to take reasonable precautions to protect our customers' confidential/personal information. Citrix Sharefile benefits our business since it is simple to use and helps keep our customers' information secure.
Pros:
ShareFile is a simple method to share files with employees and customers. It allows you to simply build familiar folder structures and protect data, and its cross-platform compatibility makes it simple to access files. Citrix file sharing is a simple and safe way to save all data in the cloud, allowing us to view files from anywhere and at any time. Citrix has got the unique notion of offering simple access to all platforms; I have seen that most MNCs such as Infosys, DeLL, Accenture, and many more are adopting this; the greatest aspect is that it provides all apps in one spot for ease of access.
Cons:
Initially, something is required to connect to the server and even to reflect the changes made to the files; however, it will be better if speed and connectivity are increased; speed is something to enhance, application availability is a genuine annoyance; during peak hours, apps crash, which might be due to issues with the organization's infrastructure or the application itself.

Great tool for teams that share a lot of documents and need to do it securely.
Comments: We want a safe location to manage and share numerous files among scattered employees and clients. Sharefile's cloud-based software solution allows users to securely exchange goods. I may share papers, seek signatures, and upload files for usage by suppliers and workers. ShareFile is a fantastic platform for sharing data that is considerably more safe than utilizing a native platform like Office 365, ShareFile allows us to transfer ISO-compliant files in and out.
Pros:
Sharefile is an excellent application for safe file sharing; the file system is simple to use, and adding or removing files is simple. It offers a variety of safe sharing options, a powerful admin interface for managing user accounts, and a mature Outlook add-in for those with accounts that can use that capability. Sharefile also allows you to send someone a link and have them send you a file; what I appreciate about ShareFile is that you can quickly broadcast enormous files to people at various firms and see that they downloaded the file.
Cons:
One concern I have with ShareFile is how frequently they want you to change your password. I understand the need for security, but I despise having to reset passwords so frequently. If the synchronization features are not working properly, it might be difficult to access files or directories, and the tools may abruptly log you out.
Excellent for sensitive data sharing
Pros:
Honestly the whole software is easy to use. Importing a file takes less than a minute and I have a link generated to be able to send to specific users or to a broader audience in case the client wants to share on a larger scale. Gives our company confidence that sensitive data is being protected more than sending an attachment via email
Cons:
Minimal thing, but you can't generate a link to share a file if that file is still open on your computer.

Excellent platform to store and share documents securely.
Comments: Sharefile understands the issue of sharing records, putting away archives (carefully) and being able to share reports with others safely. I can transfer reports and clients can get to anytime they require, it is exceptionally productive for sending and getting gigantic records securely and rapidly. Centrally oversee this benefit with the capacity to get to administrations from different gadgets and stages. This benefit has facilitated the issue of sharing data safely with accomplices and specialists.
Pros:
Sharefile has numerous instruments that make the computer program simple to utilize, apps to utilize on desktop or versatile, join records safely or over certain measure limits, integrative with other program like RightSignature. The item is accessible with the choice of cloud-based and on-premises, it is very simple to introduce and arrange, permits sending or asking huge records with others. It has software/plugin for Viewpoint, portable gadgets, etc. You'll be able too adjust substance, the record exchange is very quick, it permits you to customize the appearance of the app to a few degree.
Cons:
The computer program has a few disadvantages, authorization settings for organizers are not simple to oversee for all clients who have admin rights, notice settings for transfers can be effortlessly misplaced and capturing/resetting them awkward, and self-service charging was a bit of a challenge (was on auto pay, when changing memberships that got changed and couldn't be reached by back at Citrix after clearing out messages). Tall accessibility setup for Citrix ShareFile may be a issue, at slightest we managed with it. I wish there was a more loose alternative to customize the appearance of the item interface from the point of view of the conclusion client.
My office loves ShareFile
Comments: Sharefile made file sharing super easy and accessible for the office. Large files and folders can both be uploaded, which makes organization easy for all.
Pros:
The drag and drop feature makes ShareFile one of the easiest applications to use.
Cons:
Sharefile was easy to use. I have no complaints.
I have liked using Sharefile!
Pros:
I like that it provides a secure way for clients to send us documents, as well for us to send clients documents. It has been easy to navigate on both ends. I have also used it when email attachments have been too large to attach to the email itself, it will work through Sharefile. It is nice to go back and look at all of the documents you have sent and received in one place.
Cons:
I have not run into many issues personally. I have had a handful of clients here and there that have trouble accessing it or using it correctly. Not sure the cause of that issue- whether it is user error, security blockers on a work computer, the program itself, etc.?
ShareFile for Non-Profits
Pros:
Saving Files into different folders. Being able to control access to those folders. The idea of sending someone a link and them dropping in secure files is just plain amazing
Cons:
It is difficult to have many people use it at once due to licensing costs.

I didnt like how long it took me how to figure out how to save the file at first.

The initial learning curve of how to send and retrieve took me a little time but no problem now.
User Experience: Good

Beta tester turned daily user
Comments: I have a long history with Citrix. I beta tested the GoToAssist line of products. So they asked me to beta test the ShareFile product. In the beginning it was crap. I tried to upload my files (about 1 TB) and it croaked after 5 GB. I called support and they referred me to a company that was writing a migration tool. I beta tested that too. they asked for my honest opinion and I gave it to them. I told them Citrix should just fix their software and I shouldn't have to buy an extra tool to get my data into the cloud. Fast forward 2 years later, my Accountant tells me we are bleeding money paying for something we're not using (ShareFile) he said use it or dump it. So I download it again, started using it, uploaded my 1TB+ of data into it and was impressed. They have come a LONG way. I can even modify word documents and PDF's within the ShareFile client. Now they have an iOS app and droid app. I see improvements on a regular basis, like now they have a "save to sharefile" option on the iOS. This is Citrix after all they make good stuff. I am glad I stuck with them so long because now I have a grandfathered account type. It's coming along really well and I'm really happy I stuck with them. they used to support WebDav for windows integration, now they have a "Mapped drive app"
Pros:
iOS save to sharefile Easy to use interface progress bar when uploading files MODIFY DOCUMENTS in sharefile share a file/folder for a # of downloads share a file/folder for a # of days download notifications no sharefile account? no problem you can still see my files Ha Ha I FORCE you to create an account, to see me files because I can! (or because my regulations state I have to require individual accounts.)
Cons:
Relatively speaking they are coming late to the market, Box and Dropbox have been out a long time. I'm trying to think of some con's but the truth is I know they are improving the software as I type. Oh I though of one. In Microsoft word they don't have "save to sharefile" option like dropbox does, but they do have the "Drive mapper app" so you can save it to Z: or whatever. They don't synchronize with my NAS, it's deliberate. I'm a network engineer I tried all the tricks and workarounds, yes even symbolic links and hard links. They don't work. You're not supposed to do it. They're not trying to be a backup for your NAS.

ShareFile - Easy to use file sharing and secure data storage app
Comments: We used Sharefile to share large files (typically in Gigabytes) with our clients and internally. Earlier, we used emails and FTP for the same which is kind of very tedious task, but with Sharefile sharing large files have become an easy task and saves a lot of time.
Pros:
ShareFile is one of the best platforms to share large files with your clients, vendors and even internally within your company. It allows you to organize files in different folders. To share a file, users have to upload the files into the right folder and then the user has options to give access to the files wither via a web-link or you can share an entire folder with a group of people. Files uploaded on the Sharefile account can be accessed seamlessly from any endpoint including a mobile app, desktop or web-browser. In terms of security, Sharefile is equipped with two-factor authentication and single sign-on feature. Other important features include integration with third-party software such as office 365, Microsoft outlook and Gmail via plugins which allows real-time co-editing and co-authoring of a document.
Cons:
Sharefile subscriptions come with very different pricing options with varied features. So, if you go with a basic plan you would only get basic features like storage and sharing. Other plans are a little bit costly and include features like Office 365 co-editing, Gmail and Outlook plugins, encryptions, and electronic signatures. The set of features in the Sharefile mobile app is limited and allows only basic functions. Integration with third-party software such as embedded video player, Image viewer can be improved.

ShareFile review
Pros:
The program has a variety of advantages, such as securely exchanging data between parties and providing a shared drive for different users to exchange paperwork for business services. As a user, it's simple to use and create rights and access controls. Notifications and alerts help consumers stay on top of new information by letting them know when it's accessible.
Cons:
Compared to other similar services, this software forces users to save updated versions of files every time they make changes. Several users editing on the same file simultaneously might be annoying if no one's effort overrides the others when saving the file. Also, Citrix doesn't disclose the volume (MB) of any files, but the web browser version provides, but it's less friendly than traversing the shared folder hierarchies with the Citrix addon.

Webhosted Data Storage
Comments: Departments did not want to have files hosted locally due to potential server outages as we did not have a great server setup. This was achieved, but with internet outages it makes it difficult to access those files.
Pros:
Sharefile at it's most basic a cloud hosted file server instead of hosting one within an office or company. It does allow also the ability to send download links, given the right permissions, for customers to upload or download specific files. Being hosted offsite, it definitely gives an upside for not having to maintain servers or an IT rack within the office.
Cons:
If your outside internet connection goes down, then you have no access to your file structure. This happens to if you are a remote person trying to access an office hosted server. The other issue can be bandwidth for uploading/downloading to Sharefile. When we first started using it, it was also very slow and cumbersome, taking several times longer to upload or navigate than a locally hosted server. We also experience at least 1-2 internet downtime events a month, so people cannot access their work for certain periods of time.
Sharefile is user-friendly and has many capabilites
Comments: It does the job and is user-friendly.
Pros:
It is easy enough to use and has a lot of features. We wanted more security and one program all in one. The sharing capabilities are for internal and external users.
Cons:
The security and options for folder permissions. We were switching to MO 365 that already has the same capabilities with better security.

Easy to work with
Pros:
ShareFile offer a quick and straightforward process that help in sending a files or document, with no size limit imposed n the files size. It is the best solution for anyone that need a simple way to moving their files around without having to register an account with the software.
Cons:
One of thing that i think that ShareFile need to upgrade is the file upload speed. It is too slow and will taking too much time for a large files thus making me frustrating more when the process get interrupted and had to repeating the same process again.
