What used to take 30-45 minutes per prospect now takes less than 10. EXLynx allows us to simultaneously quote 10+ carrier markets for both home and auto with a single data entry. No more logging into separate carrier portals, re-entering the same information over and over, or playing the waiting game. The platform's real-time rating engine pulls quotes from our entire carrier portfolio, Progressive, Grange, Encova, NatGen, Safeco and others all at once. It was VERY easy to see what has happened on a policy, as well as the documentation to support it. There is minimal setup, and it is easy to use right out of the metaphorical box. > > **Cons**: The company was NOT open to suggestion, even things as simple as a TYPO on their policy overview. It wasn't fixed in the 2 years we had EzLynx. The renewal process is AWFUL and there was a HUGE E\&O hole that they would not address. Basically, policies were reverting to the pre-renewal info, and just not processing the renewal changes. On commercial auto policies, where vehicles and drivers change all the time, the policy summary was showing things that were not covered, or not showing things that were covered. Policies were never accurate in EZ due to this. We brought it up to them multiple times, and they had no fix for us. > > Had there not been the huge E\&O hole that EZ refused to acknowledge, I absolutely loved it.
