I had a recent issue with changing bank accounts due to partner separation and \[sensitive content hidden\] and the rest of the team did an amazing job making this really bad situation easier. He was professional, kind and prompt with his communications. He checked back with me multiple times and made sure my issue was resolved in everyway.
